We have 1 bedroom apartments available that range in size from 600 – 745 square feet, card-​operated laundry machines on each floor, and priced from $ 1,050-$ 1,250. Our 2 bedrooms run from $ 1175-​$ 1400/​month (co-​signers are allowed) and are 840 – 925 square feet. The rent includes heat, hot water, A/​C, electric appliances and 1 paid parking space in garage next door. Dogs must be non-​aggressive and weigh less than 25 pounds. The layouts for the apartments can be viewed online at our site www​.vttman​age​ment​.com. Move-​in costs include a $ 45 application fee, $ 75 key fee, and $ 500 security deposit.
