Trash Wizard has been performing jobs all over Massachusetts since 2009. Our small staff has completed over 3,000 jobs. We rely on word of mouth and fore go advertising in order to maintain the same prices for our valued customers since we’ve opened our doors.

We’ve seen many companies come and go since 2009 but none rival the Fast, Friendly and Affordable services provided by the Trash Wizard staff.

Business Owner

Trash Wizard is the brain child of Brett S. of Worcester, MA. As a consumer nation he sought to fill a much needed gap in the waste management industry. The larger, and often intimidating corporations, didn’t seem to cater to the small homeowner looking to get rid of a few items.

Brett put a «Fast, Friendly and Affordable» spin on an otherwise rough and tumble industry. Whether it’s an old nightstand in your apartment’s living room or an entire estate clean out Brett and his crew have literally completed thousands of jobs and possess the experience to put your mind at ease during the entire process.

Brett also is accredited to teach English as a foreign language (TEFL) with endorsements in grammar, Business English and teaching young learners. Brett has the brain AND the brawn to get the job done!

The Trash Wizard is a great service. I have used them 3 times now because of the courtesy, thoroughness of the job, reasonable pricing and responsiveness. I am pretty sure I have asked him to come on 24 hours notice and had him arrive on time with a great attitude and service. Due to the first experience, I mad sure to use him every time i needed a trash removal service since.

This is why I’ve been a repeat customer these past 4 years. I called Brett to remove a leather couch and asked him if he’d be willing to move two other pieces of furniture inside my home. Without hesitation, he said yes and we set a date. I was so pleased that I didn’t have to hire a moving company to rearrange those pieces of furniture! He kept me updated along the way both via text and a phone call. He arrived within the promised time and quickly completed the job. If you’re looking for a trash company that is reliable, offers excellent customer service and a fair price for trash removal — give Trash Wizard a call. You will not be disappointed.

After reading several reviews for Trash Wizard I decided to call for an estimate to remove two large piles of wood, some metal roofing material, two large lateral file cabinets, an old gas grill, jaccuzi cover, a sectional sofa and some miscellaneous electronics. Brett was very responsive and we emailed several times regarding the content and layout for removal. Brett’s original estimate was attractive and we subsequently set a time. Brett and two others came the day of the removal and were on time and professional. After getting into the initial wood pile, Brett realized the pile was larger than anticipated, revised his estimated and secured a large dumpster for the remaining items. He and his team worked all day, cutting up the wood, placing items int he dumpster and cleaning up. On final inspection, we found a few smaller items that were missed. Brett quickly added them to the dumpster –which was removed the following day. While I had hoped that the price would come closer to the original estimate, I believe Brett assessed the situation correctly onsite and did what he could to minimize additional costs and complete the job. His team worked relentlessly and were very polite and professional. I appreciated Brett’s prompt attention and responsiveness and the hard work applied to this job. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

I am thrilled to have found Trash Wizards. I needed to clear out my father’s house — he lived there for over 50 years and there was 50 years worth of STUFF in every corner of the house. I got a quote from Brett by emailing a bunch of photos of the various rooms. He stuck to that quote even though the job was bigger than he had envisioned. He was extremely professional and really a pleasure to work with. I worked completely by email, text and phone but at the end of the job he emailed me about a dozen photos of a «broom swept» house. It was hard to imagine that was my dad’s house. He even apologized at the end for not being able to clear a couple of boards that were frozen to the ground under the back deck! The level of customer service was head and shoulders above almost any other experience that comes to mind. I also asked where he brought the junk. Because the house was in Marlborough, he brought it to a state of the art trash processing plant in the Westborough (I think). I know that the stuff they removed was recycled as much as is possible with as little landing in a landfill as possible. I could not be happier. Thanks Brett and Lori!!! Susan.

Really what comes to mind is «Wow!» These guys are everything you would wish for in any business let alone trash removal. Ah, the logistics of an out-​of-​state move… movers, insurance, renting out the house, finding a new apartment, and, of course, dealing with that junk in the basement and garage that managed to spontaneously procreate all on its own. As I began my hunt to determine the best way to get rid of this stuff – dumpster, bag, bribery of friends’ manual labor, trash haulers – I came up against a lot of restrictions and special fees for yard debris, paint cans, air conditioners, etc, making apples-​to-​apples comparisons difficult. I love supporting great local businesses, especially when they are run by great people. So I was thrilled when I checked out the prices on Trash Wizard and knew from the get-​go how much it would be to remove things from the basement. Brett (owner of Trash Wizard) was a dream to work with: polite, friendly, efficient, good communicator. I’ve booked him to come back for another round.

Trash Wizard returned my call quickly, set up an appointment and arrived on time. They stuck to their estimate although it took a bit longer than they had planned to get rid of 10 years’ worth of junk from our business as we moved out of our office into a new office.
I was so happy because other haulers I tried to contact did not respond to emails or return my calls. One guy set up an appointment and stood me up. So Trash Wizard rules!

Highly recommend! The response is incredibly quick. I was able to schedule in a few days on the day requested. They are polite, courteous, neat and careful. It’s an owner operated business so you know what you’re getting. Truck is big and price is very reasonable. They are local too which is a plus for us.
