Why five stars? Because: they did what they said they would and, did it when they said they would. AND; did a great job in a timely fashion to boot! I’ve been here before, about nine years ago, for a tire repair; same manager and same great service. They certainly have figured out how to satisfy their customers: honest personalized friendly courteous quality car care. What more could one ask for from an auto care company?

The manager, Jerry is very professional and goes above and beyond for his customers. I went there originally as a single female and found them to be honest and straight forward. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I was female. My husband and I have continued to bring our vehicles there for the past 3 years.

This place was great! At the drop of a dime they were able to service my car the next day. Very friendly and honest people. I went to a Midas and they told me a slew of things that were supposedly wrong with my car. They convinced Me that I was going to have to pay close to $ 2000 to get it fixed. I took my car here instead and my bill came out to $ 750. Point being they explained the things that I was told that were initially wrong with My car weren’t as bad as I was told. They got my car back to where I needed it To be and saved me a lot of money. I will be back next time i need help!

A win for Worcester! Needed a headlight replaced. Got an accurate estimate on the phone (~$ 30, which is what it ended up being) and a range of times when I could come in. Arrived and left within 10 minutes. «so you also do inspections here?» «Yes, we do everything top to bottom.»

After moving my jeep to Massachusetts officially I needed an inspection. My jeep is seven years old so I was a little nervous it would be expensive. I came in, no appointment and they took it right away. They looked it all over, and said it just needed some wiper blades which I knew the last ones had been on forever I am just too short to do them myself. I was excited it passed and they were very nice, fair and reasonable. We will be back again I am sure.
