Nestled in the heart of urban living and shopping, Worcester Health Centers beautifully landscaped grounds sit on 3.5 acres of wooded land, giving it the feel of a prime countryside getaway. Ideally located within three miles of two major hospitals – St. Vincents Hospital and UMass Memorial Medical Centers, our facility is easily accessible from Routes 290, 190, and 9. As part of our advanced clinical care, we are proud to feature a complex wound care program, overseen by our in-​house, board-​certified specialist, along with specialty wound care nurses, utilizing state-​of-​the-​art modalities for enhanced treatment.

Here youll find all the charm and warmth of a home away from home. At our Wednesday Morning Breakfast Club, residents can order whatever their hearts desire for their special breakfast meal. «Cathys Corner» is where Worcester team members lovingly prepare elaborate dinners for residents and their families every six weeks. We hold religious services and cultural activities, including Bible Study groups and domino games for our Spanish-​speaking population.
