Very rude lady. Was run off lot just waiting to get next door. The construction equipment was froze from sub zero temps. If she was thy rude to me just sitting I can only imagine how she is to customers! I will tell everyone to avoid this place that I can. I would have not had an issue moving but the manner was uncalled for

DO NOT GO HERE! This shop placed/​stripped my oil plug and oil pan. Unknowingly to me (because I trusted their work), my car was leaking oil due to their horrible job! I drove on low oil which caused $ 2570 in engine damage to my car. They fixed my stripped oil plug however it was too late. My timing belt slipped due to low oil. When dealing with their shop for the repairs they do not work with me! They refuse to give me the name of their insurance company who is supposedly «going to be in contact with me» and they shove me out of their shop. Again, horrible customer service, they have not once said sorry for the damage and are trying to sweep it under the rug. The rude old lady owner is zero help.

Not only did they not have time to answer my questions, I assume because I’m a woman, but they didn’t bolt the skid plate back on after changing the oil. When I got on the freeway, it sounded like the bottom of my car was falling out and something was dragging — it was. Awful, just awful negligence! They gave me a $ 10 off coupon — AS IF I would EVER go back!!! :(

I can’t say I will ever go here again. My car’s oil light was on and was clanking so I drove it into Spring Lube; knowing I needed an oil change. They recommended a flush to me [a dumb blonde], because of the noise, etc etc. Well, I started googling an engine flush after I said okay [you know, them being the experts] and everything I read said you shouldn’t ever get one because you’re throwing away your money and it usually makes oil problems worse. And that’s exactly what happened. My car is now out of commission for good. They also told me that black oil is «oh man that’s so so bad for your car.» When I took it to the mechanic they said it wasn’t bad. So who is lying to me!!! I don’t know, but $ 100, an insufficient oil change, and a car that’s kaput has led me to believe you should steer clear of this place.
I am giving it two stars because there was an older woman there that said she’d assist me with getting home if my car didn’t make it. Oh well.

They were very friendly and extremely fast. No appointment needed and it only took 15 minutes to do. The mechanic listed recommendations but none were really needed and they aren’t too forceful about them either. I drive a Honda Accord 2001 and it cost 34.99 for the good oil change, good for 3000 miles. I’d go back here for general maintenance.

I feel like you can’t drive a block without seeing a Volkswagen, which makes it all the more baffling that Jiffy Lube won’t service them. At least that’s what I’ve been told by the grease monkeys at Jiffy Lube. Sprint Lube not only services VWs, but does it really quickly, and they pull the car into the garage for you, so you don’t have to nervously maneuver over that deep pit.
What I don’t like about Sprint Lube is the pressure to add services. They actually call you into the garage halfway into your oil change to point out all the things «wrong» with your car that desperately need costly services to fix. You can’t say «no thanks»; they actually force you to come into the garage and listen to their guilt-​inducing spiel. Just do what I ask for, OK?
That said, the service is always efficient and friendly here, and the location is excellent.
