Since 1997, Gagnon Consulting, Inc., a.k.a. «The Computer Guy», has provided technical support services to businesses that are not quite large enough to have internal Information Technology (IT) or Graphics design departments, but savvy enough to realize that these are critical services for success.

Meet the Business Owner

Richard G.

Business Owner

Richard Gagnon is a self-​motivated individual with 30 years experience in the computer industry. Starting with large scale software testing and then development projects, his engineering background and people skills ultimately led him to form Gagnon Consulting in 1997.

Focusing on small and home based business, Richard uses his technical expertise to both consult with and help business utilize the most efficient and cost effective IT solutions to run, manage and grow their companies. In addition to the planning and setup of business systems, Richard also has a talent at diagnosing and repairing many technical problems, including PC, Workstation, Server and Network installation, maintenance and repair.

Honesty, reliability and maintaining a strong personal and business commitment to his clients sets Richard apart from other computer repair and IT companies in the New England area. Richard treats all of his clients endeavours as though they were his own.
