We had what we thought was a major problem with our refrigerator so called early on Monday and they said they would be out later that same day to check on it.
The young man that showed up took a look and said ‘I think we can get this running again today”. Well he did, even though he needed a part he was able to do something to keep it working till the part comes in. Then he cleans up after himself as well as puts all the shelf’s he had to take out back in.
We have know and used Dan for over 20 years and every time he is a PRO.
Customer Service is not overlooked by Dan and his staff.

I can’t believe I am the first reviewer of Dan Campbell’s Appliance Service in Wrightwood, CA! Dan gets 5-​Stars (As Good As It Gets!). I called him Wed morning and he arrived exactly within his estimated time frame. He got to work right away. He is a super-​pro. He took apart my 1980s refridgerator with ease! He knew exactly what he was looking for. He was also very kind and mentor-​like, he showed me what he was doing, which I really appreciated. I got the impression that Dan is super honest and WOULD tell you if it was time for you to buy a new appliance or if it is worth repairing. If you are in the tri-​community, I highly reccomend Dan Campbell.
