Larsen’s Carpet Cleaning

This was a terrible experience called him up he quoted the area for $ 79. I guess you get what you pay for. He left puddles of water throughout the carpet the stairs and the living room and family room. He left spilled water all over our tiles in puddles. He left a mess everywhere he got water on our furniture several feet away and didn’t even bother to dry it off or pick it up. He didn’t even clean large parts of the areas that he went over, they were dry as a bone. When we brought it to his attention all he said was «I guess I must of missed it.» It was at least a 2′ x 10′ section as well as other areas in other rooms. He stated he was able to do stairs but then didn’t have the parts to do the stairs and he didn’t deodorize like he said he was going to do or remove the stains. When he pulled up in his extremely dirty bug splattered PT Cruiser we should of guessed this was a bad idea. In his description it states that he can do furniture and cars and flooring in my opinion I would not recommend this for anybody this man does bad business and advertises that he does good business.

This guy is fabulous. We’ve used him several times. He’s 100% honest… reliable… thorough… and a downright nice guy. His $ 79 whole house special is not bait and switch either, like some other companies. He doesn’t even try to sell you on other things when he comes. You can’t beat the service or price. He’s a hard worker and always has a nice word. Before we found him, we used Stanley Steemer one time. Bad experience with Stanley Steemer overall. I recommend Bryan without reservation to anyone looking for excellent carpet cleaning in the Coachella Valley and doesn’t want to get ripped off. P. S. For just $ 20 more he’ll do a sofa or large sectional. A+++
