True Value Builders was formed in 1994 to offer customers the highest quality windows, roofing, metal roofing and siding professionally installed by our own factory trained staff.

Meet the Business Owner

James F.

Business Owner

James is a graduate of Grandville High School and Davenport College. His sons family and parents reside in Grandville. He is very active in the community and the company is committed to giving back to the community. Jim was the top producing nationally salesperson for Sears Siding from 1990 to 1994. He liked Sears quality and the way they backed their work. But did not like their price. Way too much expenses for sales, advertising and upper management. He cut all that out and also half the cost!
