I am a licensed clinical therapist who specializes in anxiety, depression, poor self esteem, relationship issues and trauma in adults, school age children and adolescents. If you or your child have been bullied, if there was verbal, physical psychological or sexual abuse or neglect in your childhood, I’d love to work with you. I take many insurances.

I make people feel comfortable when they sit down to talk with me. I see Therapy first as an opportunity to give you some skills to relax and get some control over the physical symptoms that you might be having. Then we can address your thoughts and behaviors.

I have been in private practice in Wyomissing since 1997, and started my own practice in 2001.

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a Masters in Social Work, with a clinical concentration. I was licensed in 1997, and received a clinical license when they were first available in 2002.

Every year I have many more continuing education hours than my license requires. I like being a therapist, and receive lots of praise from my clients.
