D&H brings an international cut with Pichana for Christmas. Why not spice it up with a simple Brazilian cut that is a great appetizer. Simply salt and pepper, sear on a hot grill and finish to 140 °F internal temperature slice thin and enjoy. It will add a nice change to the typical Holiday appetizers.
