Willoughby’s on Park is a top notch steakhouse. I’ve been to the best-Capital Grille, Ruth’s Cris, Urban Farmer, etc. and this place is every bit as good. We ate at the bar and our bartender Jim was simply outstanding. He prepared excellent cocktails and was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgable. My wife had the NY Strip and a lobster tail and I had the Porterhouse. Both steaks were cooked to perfection-juicy and flavorful. The lobster tail was great. The décor is swanky and romantic-perfect for a date or a special occasion. Berks County needed a high end steakhouse like this. Do yourself a favor and go to Willoughby’s on Park. You won’t be disappointed.

I’m still in a steak coma so bear with me. This restaurant is INCREDIBLE. Wasn’t a fan of the previous establishment but this place exceeded any expectation and hesitation I had. Gorgeous décor, super friendly bartenders(Jim!) And excellent food and drinks. Cannot to go back. Bravo!

Enjoyed celebrating my birthday with my husband, daughter and son-in-law at this great steakhouse. My filet was excellent and cooked to perfection. It was so tender that a table knife could have cut it. Out drinks and apps were outstanding, and we even got an extra large slice of cake to share to top off our evening celebration. The service and food rivals some of the best restaurants we have enjoyed in much larger cities including here and abroad. Willoughby’s comes with 5 stars from the Hoovens!

Back for second time and found out the mashed potatoes aren’t dished up with an ice cream scoop so ignore that portion of my previous review. Pros of this visit are the 14 oz. Strip Steak(outstanding and holds it own with finest Chicago steakhouses), prime rib special(massive cut) and«Dan» our waiter. Atmosphere and quality of meat makes this venue although it comes with a price.

Steaks were good, but, watch out for the water charge. Not made clear that it was being charged and water charge was $ 25.

Spectacular atmosphere. They really went the extra mile in that regard. Fine wood work and elaborate stone really give the place a healthy dose of elegance. Very professional, courteous, and friendly service. Prices are reasonable for the quality of cuisine that they offer, which is superb. Has the potential to be the premier fine dining establishment in the area.

George and Eleny Zeppos’ newest eatery(which is actually an evolution of a previous one) is a welcome addition to the Wyomissing/West Reading gastronomic narrative. West Reading, which has swiftly and suddenly become the local and inviting epicenter for independently-owned cafes and bistros now has a new neighbor in town. While technically in the Wyomissing boundaries, the close proximity to the VF Outlets can and should make Willoughby’s on Park a prime lunchtime destination when shopping in downtown West Reading. The interior underwent a complete overhaul. For those who remember this place as Willougbhy’s Bar and Grille, well, there are few remnants of that place that still remain. The endgame was to convert this location into an upscale steakhouse that also specialized in seafood and cocktails. Steaks are cooked to perfection, the staff is warm and friendly, the dining room is stunningly beautiful, and service is outstanding. Prices are relatively high for the area, so perhaps make a reservation for an anniversary or birthday. This is a perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion or have a romantic date night.
