Attention Consumers!
My name is Arthur Solomon and I am the owner of Comfort Living LLC.
Recently I have agreed to collaborate with James Arnette by relying on his services to implement some necessary roof repairs at 52 Fernwood in Dayton Ohio, 45 405. The repairs were supposed to include replacing rotted wood, installing new shingles and flashing, boot for stink pipe, as well as installing new gutter and downspout and extension.
However, as it turned out, after some time, I noticed that the work I paid for to be done was not done. As a matter of fact, I paid for the service $ 850 and I didn’t witness any results. He has also been ignoring my calls regarding the situation and he is not willing refund for not completing the work.
Due to this frustrating facts and outcomes, I learned that James Arnette doesn’t guarantee good results even though he pretends to offer a 1-​year guarantee.
My recommendation for potential consumers is definitely to beware and stay away from services offered by James Arnette. I am forced to claim that he is a pure scammer.

STEALS FROM MILITARY! ZERO HONOR, ZERO COURAGE, ZERO COMMITMENT. I am United States Sailor, I have been in the military for 6 years. This man has taken advantage of my kindness. Me and a partner paid this individual 850 $ to repair our roof. This man hired some bums to put TAR on the roof instead of replacing anything! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.
He will not refund, he will not return calls, he will not wont fix his mistakes!
Ask yourself what kind of a man would steal from an active duty Sailor that is away from home?
