If you are in 1″ of snow on flat land and need a tow, Don’t bother with this worthless business. Guy shows up and says he cant put my car on a flat bed truck because of some snow that’s around the car. I have never seen such B.S. excuses just not to work! Don’t accept a job if you are lazy and cant do basic towing. I would never recommend this company due to my situation. I’d rather pull it with a rope now and take my chances.

Fucking awful… The guy on the other line either forgets he’s a towing service that’s suppose to help people or was born with an extra chromosome. Why the hell would you ask me if I need a tow if I called you? Even better when i asked for a tow why would «what do you want me to do about it» seem like an acceptable response? Don’t waste your time people your better off walking… Oh and they don’t take Allstate apparently.
