In a word, old. About the quality of a Super 8, although they do have a bar (reason for second star).
I found the service to be fine and attentive. Breakfast was free, which reminds me I get what I pay for.
Guest room was right out of the 60s, although it did have an updated TV. Bathroom was tiny, but the water pressure in the shower carved tattoos on my ass!
Furniture is of the type usually seen set out along the curb for pickup. The rug was gross with dirt and nail clippings. This place is a dump. Keep your socks on if you are going to stay here.
We had to change rooms later because of bedbugs.
