The restaurant was actually really close to the exit of 421NC so the location was convenient. I tried the broiled Alaska fish here and it is actually pretty good! They serve it with butter and I recommend having the salad too.

I have been here twice and both times the food has been terrible. The first time, I had seafood. Was your typical wannabe frozen kind. Not good at all and definitely not fresh. Tonight, I had a sirloin, baked potato, and salad. Extremely disappointed that 1. They don’t have Italian or Caesar dressing, and 2. They have absolutely no vegetables other than a salad. The steak had no flavor what so ever and was very undercooked(I asked for medium well and it was medium rare halfway through). So much in fact, I couldn’t finish it. The potato was overcooked. The only pleasant thing about this place was the server we had tonight. She was a doll. Sorry to say I won’t be wasting my money here anymore.

If you’re looking for a fancy restaurant… This is NOT the place for you. They put containers of condiments on the tables & let you serve yourself. You can see the picture I posted of the Shrimp Cocktail. Lol! There’s a reason why Chefs use prawns. Salads were scooped out of pre-made buckets & really tasted like it. Wondering if the owners & cooks have visited a real seafood place by the ocean to try to make this restaurant a success. I felt bad for our Server, Loretta-a real sweet woman-, as we listened to her apologize to tables next to us for their meal being late. And then the chucklehead guy whine to his wife about HAVING to leave a $ 3 tip. Seriously?!? $ 3. They had 2 lg meals with drinks. The fast food style ambiance & lack of professionalism of the place hurts the tips for the servers. There was sooo much food on the floor under the tables. The door glass was coated in fingerprints. Food was mediocre, at best.

Slow service. Waitress showed up occasionally. Hair in my brothers food. My baked potato had to be to be at least 8 hours old. The staff was to busy standing at the front counter talking to wait on any tables. The table beside us got up and got the water pitcher since no one would bring them any.

Wonderful place to enjoy lunch after church! Wait staff is always friendly and the food is very fresh and hot. You can’t beat the complimentary hush puppies either!
