Billie Jeans Grill is an outdoor eatery/​food trailer designed for laid back clientele who want a simple menu while enjoying great tasting foods. The grill is run by The Viggiano brothers who have a combined 30 years’ worth of experience in the food industry. Jonathan has worked at several Italian restaurants as a sous chef preparing food. Ralph runs a beach club in the Hampton’s for 17 years. He specializes in catering and cooking a wide variety of food.

History

Established in 2014.

The brothers got the passion for cooking food from their mother. Billie taught the boys that food was the center of the family. Every holiday the family congregated in the kitchen, not the living room. Billie passed away in 2004 from pancreatic cancer, but before she passed she created a family cook book which was given to each brother. The recipes have been in the family for generations and now will be brought forth to the public. This establishment is a tribute to their mother. The belief is that cooking is not a job it’s a passion. Billie Jeans Grill will produce food the way a mom would make it.
