River’s Edge Abstract Co, Inc

I am so HAPPY with the service I received from Rivers Edge Abstract; I found the staff to be professional and specifically Kim (the owner) of the company made what was a very frustrating process easier to deal with.
I had found my dream home and was so excited when the owners agreed to take my offer, however I did not know that this would be the start of a very exhaustive process. I was able to complete all that I needed to make the process a go and at the last possible minute two times before I was supposed to go to the closing table something was held up due to something that the sellers and their real estate agent had not completed. Kimberly stepped in and told me exactly what to do and did not mind when I contacted her multiple times answering questions that frankly my agent should have answered and handled.
I am a single girl and was so new to the process and could not understand how the sellers and their agent could not complete what was necessary for the closing to take place; their were some issues of repairs and water testing that had to take place before we could go to the table. If Kimberly had not stepped up to the plate and told me who to contact to obtain the proper documentation proving the issues were taken care of I would have had a third settlement date rescheduled.
When I was able to finally make it to the closing table Kimberly had my back and made sure that it was scheduled on my time and drove 2.5 hours to a place that was close by my work so I did not have to take a third day off from work!
I will only ever use Rivers Edge Abstract in the future and have referred multiple friends to them. All have also had great experiences.
In a sea of frustrations that we all have to go through when it comes to buying a home I am thankful that I came across someone that looked out for me as the customer!
