Went to look at a house we loved it– was told we would hear back within 3 days… I just now heard back 3 weeks later. I wasted 80.00 if I would have known it was gonna take 3 weeks I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money to apply

Do not use this company for property management! We have been with them for 3 years and they are not responsive to the owner at all. We are a military family living on the other side of the country from our rental, they know this and hold us hostage knowing we are at their mercy. I have asked several times for estimates on repairs, photos from inspections, explanation of charges and routinely receive vague answers or no response. Tonight someone called me about repairs that were needed from the inspection in July. I asked for a breakdown of the repairs in July and never received a response but I was charged a couple hundred dollars on our next statement. Turns out that was for an emergency repair I was never notified about and the other repairs are still outstanding. The woman that called spoke to me in a very accusatory manner and treated me as if it was my fault the repairs hadn’t been made and that I was forcing the tenant to live in poor conditions. When I asked how much it would cost she said she couldn’t tell me without sending out a contractor to get an estimate which would be expensive. So I’m just supposed to say sure spend how ever much you want and just send me the bill? Oh and by the way estimates are free from many contractors. I’ve had free estimates for hvac, painting, carpet, drywall, etc. Do not use this company especially if you are a military family.
