Bill grew up in the Bronx and moved to Westchester in 1978– studied marketing and management at Baruch College but came back to his luv of cars when he opened Mount Vernon West Automotive in 1981– The business grew quickly and was relocated to its current location in Yonkers on Nepperhan ave, the name was DBA’d & C & B Automotive was born.

Bill holds certifications from ASE, Nys ATTP, Macs, Alldata, Mitchell, Delco and Bosch. and is a Nys Inspector. with over 40 years experience !
