Canterino & Katsman Dental

I’ve seen plenty of dentists over the years, having lived in on both coasts, and I can say with confidence that I will be returning to see Dr. Katsman for years to come. He’s equal parts kind, intelligent, professional and personally engaging. I never felt uncomfortable and everything was handled with care, which is so crucial for families with children that naturally fear going to the dentist! Instead of merely telling me what I «need to get done», Dr. Katsman explained what was currently going on and the implications of it all, then laid out various options for me. It was a conversation rather than an order. I could tell immediately that Dr. Katsman had a depth of knowledge that I could trust to give me accurate and honest information about my dental health.
Thank you to Dr. Katsman and everybody in the office. You’ll be seeing me and my family for years to come.

Like most sane people, I absolutely HATE going to the dentist! And put off going to one for years! I work in the same floor as Dr. Canterino’s office, so when it came time for me to finally go to a dentist, I figured I’d drop by this practice.
The office– beautiful and neat. The staff– super friendly and organized. The wait time– very little, if any at all. The appointments are close to schedule. And Dr. Canterino– marvelous. Great chairside manner, very friendly and overall– the best dentist I’ve ever had. And the dental hygienists are very easygoing.
Also– each room has a flat screen TV propped up on the wall across the chair you’d be sitting in so you’d be pretty well distracted while they’re digging all in your mouth. And when it’s all done– you get a nice bag with all sorts of goodies. I highly recommend this practice.

Having bounced around the U.S. and parts of Europe for most of my life, my family and I have been patients of Dr. Canterino’s for only a few years now. But I can say without a doubt that he is by far the best dentist on either side of the Atlantic. He is kind, gentle, and treats us like we’re his only patients, which is important to me and my daughter in particular, because we aren’t not the kind of people who enjoy going to the dentist.
Every office should operate with the professionalism of Dr. Canterino’s office.

I have been going to Dr. Jani for about 2.5 years now and she is an excellent dentist and quite frankly the whole staff is awesome from the front desk staff to the dental assistants.
Ist the front desk staff is awesome especially Emalinda (spelling is not correct) she always calls me when she sees I haven’t been seen for a while and seems to know every person that walks through the door personally. The rest of the staff is great as well too but I interact with Emalinda the most.
Lets start by saying I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but with Dr. Jani I don’t dread going to the dentist. She is very delicate and explains step by step of what she is about to do. She has this special gift of not hurting me when she is giving a needle to numb the area. She makes me always feel comfortable and with every procedure she always checks in with me to make sure that I can handle it (She knows how much I don’t like the dentist. She is just overall caring and understanding.
Other great things: The office is soo clean the room and the waiting area. I’m always seen within 5 minutes of me getting to my appointment. They are also open on Saturday’s and sometimes has late appointments.
I also love that they put in the claim to the insurance before the procedure is done to get an estimate of the out of pocket expenses that I may have to pay.
Overall the place is great and I would am with Dr. Jani for the long haul.
