My favorite Pizza place in Yonkers. Nothing beats a regular slice from Dom n Vinnies. And they possibly have my favorite White Slice from any pizza place. Staff is always friendly and delivery guys are the best.

so disappointed … ordered Linguine with White Clam sauce — charged $ 18.00 and used mostly canned clams !! Clam lovers can tell– fresh chopped clams are grey and slightly chewy. Canned clams are pinkish and soft–

Very good pizza and red sauce pasta dishes. Calamari is very good as well. I would stay away from the white sauce and seafood dishes since the others are much better whereas these tend to be on the bland side. When they have stuffed pepper and artichokes as specials GOFORIT! They are as good as my grandma’s were. Their homemade cheesecake is beyond amazing!

This is easily one of the best slice spots AND old school Italian restaurants in all of Westchester. It probably looks exactly the same as it did when it opened around 50 or so years ago, but I don’t think people are coming here for the décor. The regular and Sicilian slices and pies are usually phenomenal; it’s not rocket science with what they do, just plain and simple cheese, sauce, and a great crust. Nearly every pasta dish I’ve had here has been great and very filling as well, and I happen to think their vodka sauce is the best you can find in the area(but I am open to suggestions). The complimentary homemade bread, which is available most nights, is highly addictive. Limited, but inexpensive and pretty good wine list. If you’ve never been to this legendary Westchester establishment, go… now!

Gave it 4 stars because it’s in my Hometown of Yonkers and didn’t want to hurt overall rating. I ordered the chicken Marsala with a side of pasta. The order came prompt and still hot. Was it worth the $ 20 dollars for one entrée? No. The mushrooms seemed as if they were canned and the pasta came drenched in a salty tomato sauce. With a side of bread enough for the neighborhood. Step it up guys. Italian food isn’t that hard to perfect.

It’s simple with good dishes. I had the spinach filled ravioli in bacon cream sauce. I was good and very tasty. We also had the baked ziti but it actually came out a bit warm not hot enough but tasted good. The salad was a good portion and the bread was soft and warm. The waiter and other workers were very friendly asking us if we needed anything all the time they were very attentive and curteous.

So I saw this review about them on the Verizon wireless and I love trying new places especially Italian food so I said why not since they have been around for so long. The food is good I had the chicken parmigiana and my wife had the chicken Marsala. The chicken Marsala was lacking a good sauce which is the most important thing when it comes to this dish. The chicken parmigiana was ok their linguini and salad tasted very good. Overall it was good but not worth the 40 dollars I paid.

The food was good, but the service is off. I only gave 3 stars for the taste of my chicken parm, but when I call in an order and repeat to the order taker 3x little sauce extra cheese and he tells me(yeah, yeah I got it) yet manages to screw it up that’s enough for me. Never again.

The pizza here is delicious!!! It’s thin and crispy, not too greasy, and the sauce is good too. The staff is very friendly. Their pizza rolls, calzones, etc are very tasty. I eat here with my family often and we keep going back for more!!!

I love Dom & Vinnie’s! Growing up a 5 minute drive away and having spent lots of time a 5 min walk away, I can honestly say I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and I’m in my 30s now. Their pizza is among my favorite in Yonkers. Get a chicken roll if you haven’t had one yet! The owners tease me because I think I get some almost every visit. Speaking of the owners — super guys. They know their regulars. Even after moving to CT for 6 years, they still recognized me upon my return to Westchester. The white slice with spinach is also fantastic. My husband gets this every time we stop in. I haven’t eaten in the restaurant portion in years but it was always delicious. The restaurant is in the same hands since I was a kid so I have no reason to believe there is any declination in quality control.

I Moved To Here Around 13 Years Ago, Dom And Vinny’s Was The First Pizzeria I Been Into. The Same Wonderful Experience I Had Since Then I Still Get Whenever I Go Back! The Staff Is Very Warm And Family Oriented Feel To Them, The Food On The Otherhand Is Delicious And Rich In Taste, And I Love Mama’s Tiramisu For My Dessert. …Highly Recommend This Neighborhood Restaurant.

This is one of the greasiest places I’ve been to. It’s not utterly and completely«bad food» in the sense that it is not«poison». However be prepared for thick pasta gravies, extremely oily pizza(and I am not talking extra virgin!), and an overall feel of unhealthy, stopping only a couple of feet short of gross. Other customers have rated this place very well: I respect that, especially if they were people who value calorie content and texture over flavor. If your mom didn’t care so much about your arteries, this fully qualifies as «comfort food». If your mom actually loved you as much as wanting you to survive her, you’ll probably not feel great about this place.

Went here on a whim after reading reviews while on town for business. The place wasn’t busy but you could tell the people were all locals and regulars. The owner gave excellent recommendations to meet my weird pregnancy cravings and aversions. He was spot on!!! The food was delicious. I didn’t want to put my fork down! I ordered one of the specials: homemade pasta with shrimp and asparagus. It spuds plain and ordinary but it was far from that. Great little place that I will certainly return to when I am back in town.

After a long day at work this is just what we needed. A real local place with good service and great food. We started with the fried zucchini and bruschetta bread. Both were hot and made with fresh ingredients. The zucchini was served with some really good marinara and the bread was loaded with fresh tomatoes and other tasty ingredients. For our main course we had the gnocci with marinara, eggplant parmesan and shrimp fra diavolo. The eggplant and shrimp came with a choice of pasta(spaghetti, rigatoni, penne, etc.) or salad. Both diners enjoyed the pasta. What this place lacks in atmosphere is makes up for in food and incredibly friendly and attentive service. A fun place if you are looking to go local.

What a great find! A friend of mine recommended it, and I am so glad he did. I never would have given this place a second look, and even from the take out area in the front, I wasn’t impressed. But then the really nice guys greeted us, and showed us to the back of the restaurant. The atmosphere was so nice; quiet, intimate, and friendly. And the food was really really good! I would go back there in a heartbeat.
