Since I’ve moved to Yonkers I typically come here for gas. The workers are always very friendly, polite and quick. And I appreciate that gas is the same price cash or credit. I did notice today that they bought extensions for the gas hoses so that you can get gas even if your tank isn’t in front of the pump. This is very helpful as it is small and usually busy. Now I don’t have to wait for the right spot to open up
I needed an oil change and not being able to decide on a place I decided to come here. On my first attempt I didn’t get here in time and the shop had just closed. Even though you could tell he was rushing out the door the guy politely and thoroughly answered all my questions about cost, oil type, mileage and even said I could bring my own oil in and they would do the change at a lower cost. Today I made it in time and with my own oil. It was done fairly quickly and he continued to answer all my questions as he did my oil change. Since I’m a fairly new car owner I tend to have a lot of questions and not once did he seem annoyed by them. He also gave me tips on when I should also get other maintenance work done. The bill came out to$ 26 with tax.
When you don’t know much about cars, and as a woman, having to deal with mechanics can be frustrating. This however, was one of the best experiences I’ve had so far since owning a car; their customer service was great. I even tried leaving him a tip but he wouldn’t take it, which is rare!
I will definitely be a regular customer!
