They Shipped The Wrong Bottles.
I ordered 5 bottles of wine from their website. Fergie’s website mispriced the item online, so they made the decision to ship me a different (and wrong!) bottle with no notification. They have made zero attempt at fixing the situation and have since stopped responding to my emails. Now, I have 5 bottles of wine I didn’t order and would not have ordered. I have never been this disappointed in an online retailer.
