This is the most poorly run office I have encountered. The staff is extremely rude. We had a 4:30 appointment we checked in at 4:07. At 4:41 I approached the desk and asked if we had much longer to wait. I was told you checked in early, I said I’m aware of that. I replied that is not what I am asking I asked if it would be much longer the receptionist barely looked up and said you are only 10 min past your appointment. I said I’m aware will it be much longer she said well yes you still have another patient in front of you. I said do you always run late? She said yes. Is it me or wouldn’t it of been common courtesy to tell a patient upon checking in that you will not be taken on time? This is just a brief example of the complete ignorance and lack of respect I have dealt with with this staff. There are more examples but I don’t have the patience to list. If I was waiting on my own I most likely would be fine. But I have my 9yr old and my 5yr old waiting to see the Doctor. They only have so much patience.
