I went into Raymond Opticians for the first time today. Maria was extremely helpful as well as friendly. This was the best service I have ever received from an eyeglass store, and you now have me as an annual customer.

We were very pleased with the service we received at Raymond’s. We purchased frames and lenses in March 2013 for my son(toddler). We were told that the glasses had a one year manufacturer’s warranty on them. When my son broke one of the arms off of the glasses a few months later, I took the glasses in to request a replacement. After waiting three weeks, we were told that the company stopped making the frame that we originally purchased and that a replacement frame was not available. I was a little frustrated with this response. However a few hours later, we received a phone call from Raymond’s telling us to bring the glasses in and they would try to fit the lenses to another frame. They were able to find frames that were very similar to the original that fit the lenses perfectly. We did not have to pay any additional money. Phew! Thanks Raymond’s!

Raymond Opticians goes above and beyond for their customers! They want to be sure you are a satisfied customer and I know many collegues who have used their services and have been very happy with their glasses. Their stores are busy indeed, and to me this means that customers keep coming back. Great job!

If you like to be treated well, don’t go to this establishment. Sign in sheet has an impersonal feel and the employees walk by you without acknowledgement that you’re waiting. I wanted to get a very simple change of nose-pad on my eye glasses and after a lengthy wait, the employee changed the pads to two that did not even match. I had to wait again for someone else to do the process again, who of course, didn’t have the time to acknowledge my inconvenience or even ask if I was satisfied with what was provided. I will be going elsewhere for all future servicing and optical purchases and recommend you do the same.
