We come to visit my Mom in Yonkers regularly and get take out from Slices. Shrimp parm and chicken parm are the usual fare. Both are pretty good. The fried ravioli app is pretty good too. They also take the time to make sure the orders are accurate. Overall we enjoy the food and the service.

nice place to grab a quick slice when I am on the go. When I have more time to spend I love to eat the baked ziti with extra Italian Bread. Man it is good

Food is good, very good prices… But they clearly need more staff… Food takes forever, delivery takes an hour… And they tell you on the phone… It’s gonna be an hour… Craziness!!! Even if you sit in and wait it takes like 35 minutes… The food is good, they are busy… Hire more people, I mean honestly, the wait is crazy! And the name is slice pizza and past

Love this place! They changed their name to slices. Everything I’ve gotten has been delicious. The heros are huge, pizza slices are delicious. Saw someone order the tortellini last time I was there and looked amazing, that’s on the list for next time. Nom. Nom. Nom.

Pizza is a little thicker than you usually get in Yonkers, it’s more like pizza from The Bronx. Delivery usually takes an hour, so take that into consideration when ordering. I’ve never had any problems with misquoted prices or screwed up orders. Their heroes are pretty big. Pasta dishes are good and their sauce is pretty good. The«pegna salad» is my favorite. I give them 4 stars because out of all the pizzerias in the area, this place is the most consistent.

I heard the food is good, when the order is correct. But I wouldn’t know, since they’ve managed to screw up on three separate occasions. Of course if you complain all you’ll get is «ok sorry» or a dumb stare. There’s also a bad language barrier with those who answer the phones most of the time. Done with this place. Do business with them at your own risk, you have been warned.

This is a review based on the lie they just told me over the phone… they claim they don’t deliver to the hotel that I’m staying in… which is right across the parking lot from the office I was visiting for work which they had just delivered to the day before. Apparently the 3 miles that it shows on the map is much to far for them to drive.

Changed the name. Called Slice Pizza. I was quoted one price on my order and charged more and given a bogus story. Good bye to you

I spent time away from New York for military service and every time I came home to visit this was the first place I came to eat. Amazing pizza. Simply one of the best New York slices you can get, period. Their chicken rolls are pretty good too and why not add to the meal with some delicious garlic knots? The best

Food is amazing. Their Sinful Wrap is delicious!!! I call ahead to order since I have limited time for lunch break and when I get there, my food is ready to go. Prices are reasonable.

This is just for plain slices: they were hot, fresh, big and delicious. I figure if the slices are good, the rest of the menu ought to be too? The place is small, cozy — seats maybe 16, total?

I still love the food here, but they need to work on delivery. Granted, I’m sure they are super busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but something funny always happens in the midst of waiting for my food. After ordering, they’ll say«OK, 30 to 45 minutes.» Fine. An hour and 20 minutes or so passes and still no food. So I give them a call. «Oh, our delivery guy JUST left.» Umm, ok. Then, without fail, my food shows up 5 minutes later. This has happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered. It could be a total coincidence, but I’m now convinced that the delivery guy doesn’t leave the restaurant until the second«Hey, where’s my food?» call. Maybe I should make the second call immediately. *shrug*

My co-worker and I ordered a couple of wedges from this place to change up the typical 3 places we always eat from. And I have to say this place has been mistakenly missed. We ordered a sausage and peppers parm and Philly cheese steak wedges, which we split. They were soooo good. They weren’t saggy, which is always a plus. They were also packed with meat so it left you over stuffed, but for the $ 8, I was able to have lunch and dinner. I was skeptical about getting the Philly cheese steak considering it’s from a pizza place but it was filled with slices of steak, onions, peppers(minus the mushrooms) and covered in melted cheese. YuM! I will definitely be ordering more food from them in the future.

I am so torn on this place. The special slices are so big and have so much on them it’s ridiculous! I had a chicken slice and it must have had a whole piece of chicken on it. I couldnt even finish the thing. Now that’s good and bad. Good because I was starving, bad because it was just too much food. I appreciate the generosity but that’s just gluttany. Anyway the people that work there are pretty cool dudes and they are nice to you. I’ve had a sausage and pepper wedge that was decent, I dont like sliced sausage on a wedge, I had a personal pizza which was strange, the crust was very, very thin and buttery, almost like a pastry. I’d say this place is decent, not horrible but not the best.
