Sent a next day priority mail to Long Island in the end of March, never arrived. Checked online it never left the post office. Called the customer service and opened case, no one called or even emailed regarding my lost mail. Called the claim service 40+ times no one ever picked up, went to the post office and spoke to a manager, don’t know anything and yet has all my contact info, also blame on the post office in white plains, how can you blame them when the fact that mail never even left your location?! Same night I filed the complaint to the post master general to find out that someone has already closed my case! No word from anyone from the usps since. Worst experience ever had, will not go to this location again. Bunch of thieves. Beware!!!

Package from Amazon showed delivered to our business. Package was never delivered called the post office and they said they ask the driver and call back. They never called back.
Reached out to Amazon and they attempted to reach out to the post office as well and was basically told «driver said they delivered the package by hand so to bad». Amazon now is sending another one but has to send it to the same address. Hopefully the driver doesn’t steal this on as well…

Line’s always too long because too many people keep going here. Location too small & cramped. No machine to weigh & ship things out yourself. Staff is always rowdy, grouchy, and rude. How do I put this nicely? NOT RECOMMENDED
