Whenever I go to this particular 7-eleven and buy for example coffee the cashiers try to sell me other random stuff in the store and they are very pushy! Very Annoying! the 7-eleven down the street for a mile or so is much better than this location and the pushy employees they have.

Worst. Service. Ever. If I could give it negative10 I would. I am a woman that made a purchase AND had a lottery ticket that needed to be checked. Because there were men behind me in line he told me to wait until he was finished with them and then he would help me! Another time I mentioned I found a winning ticket and he became mean while paying me. Both times I sensed hatred and left feeling stung. I will never ever return again.

I went there this morning to get coffee. The employee there just stared at me like he despised me. I got the feeling that he just can’t stand the people that live in the area. My wife warned me of the guy working. He yelled at her one time for not taking the Diet Coke can in the front because the date had expired. She won’t go in any more and waited outside. When I paid for my coffee, I told him to have a good day. He just looked at me like he would rather spit. My wife and I made a deal that, no matter how convenient, we will never step foot in that store again.

I normally come to this 7⁄11 to get scratchers in the middle of the night. Normally when I go I ask what’s the newest scratcher that they have or what number the lotto ticket is. I usually win most of my lotto tickets here. Tonight I came in and asked what number the newest scratcher was and he said I can not tell you, you just buy it. If you win then you win. I told him that every time we come here all of the other guys tells us the number of the scratcher. He said no I can not do that and he kept going on and on but I couldn’t understand him. The way he said it was just plain rude. All of the other workers here are usually friendly but this employee that I encountered tonight killed my mood. First time seeing this employee here and he acts like he’s the big boss. Horrible customer service.

Their slushies were very watery. The only one that was a little decent that was somewhat slushy-like was the blue raspberry. The people were very nice and friendly. They did have these vegan cookies that were good. They were fully stocked and clean.

Went in with my girlfriend for free drinks via the 7 eleven app and asked the guy they accepted the coupon and he said yes it’s for a small. I went around the back and the small was a gulp size but the deal was for a big gulp so I asked him if it’s for a big gulp and showed him my phone, he said yes but only one and I said even if we use different phones? And he replied yes only one drink. Although at another location they let us both use our phones… He the proceeded to stare at us the entire time I was filling up my drink and I just felt very intimidated. When he came around to checkout he mumbled something at us(rude!) and then scanned my phone and drink then we left. I won’t be going back to this 7 eleven again and will warn my friends/family about this location.
