I have taken all my cats to Dr. Brar (all ten of them throughout the years.) Dr. Brar is the most reasonable, personable doctor. He is very kind and calls each of my cats by their names, and of course, he greets me by name each and everytime I call him or visit his office. His staff (Jason, Dana and Barbie) are very friendly and it feels like a second home to go to Dr. Brar’s office. One time, I even called after hours and Dr. Brar dropped everything to save my little baby cat, Sparkle, who had run away from home for seven, long and horrible days. Dr. Brar saved her life! If we had waited one more hour to take her anywhere else, she could have died from dehydration and infections. Dr. Brar usually calls the next day to check up on our cats, if they have had a serious operation. Dr. Brar doesn’t promote unnnecessary expenses or procedures and he lets the customer decide what they want done. Also, the cats NEVER feel any of Dr. Brar’s shots! He has been doing this business for so long, the injections are totally painless.

This a great place. The staff is thoughtful, kind and respectful. Animals seem to get that, at least my cat does… that’s correct, I said cat. I am grateful for Dr. Brar and his healing ways.

I cannot express how wonderful Dr. Brar and his staff are to my two babies. I had been going to anther clinic much closer to my house which is in Pomona. So yes, I drive about 25 to take my puppies to the vet. I wouldn’t trust my babies with any other doctor! In fact, my babies feel as comfortable as a puppy can feel at a doctors office. The cost is very affordable. Dr. Brar also has wonderful care! He called me the next day to see if my baby was doing well after getting IV drip. My baby bounced back the the day after that! Everyone is super nice!

Dr Brar and is staff gave exemplary care to my little Yorkie, Olive! Dr Brar and his staff have a genuine love for animals and have cared for our dogs (Olive and Oscar) in all situations. Not only does Dr Brar remember your dog’s name, but he also remembers YOUR name (the owner) and he is personable and truly compassionate. I recommend Dr Brar and his office to you without hesitation, as he is the best in the area!

We went to this vet to get out cat de clawed .she bled a lot from day one. We brought her back to him complaining he said it was normal .we waited then realized she was real bad. We had to bring her elsewhere and get it fixed. Don’t recommend to anyone

Nothing but the very highest ratings for this EXEMPLARY practice and knowledgeable, caring staff. Dr. Brar has been the veterinarian of my multiple dogs for almost 10 years: he saved the life of one who suffered toxic poisoning, he treated another who became geriatric, and now cares for my mature dog and my lively puppy. Their grooming services are fantastic. 100% of the time I have been able to schedule appointments easily, been promptly served in a friendly professional manner, been provided with useful medical information, been offered dignity in selecting an option, and been charged reasonable amounts. This veterinary clinic is THE BEST!!!

I can never give enough thanks for Dr. Brar and his A+ staff. I’ve been taking JRock (now 14.5 year old chow) to Dr. Brar’s office for years. There have been a couple major issues, in which I’ve brought JRock in for treatment that I can attest for, two of them in more recent years due to his old age. First, he went in maybe 5+ years ago for surgery on his ear. A large sac of blood started building on it, probably from him wrestling with my brother’s husky. Surgery went perfect and Jrock was back to himself right away. Second, he started limping because of old age. Dr. Brar was quickly able to diagnose it was breakdown of ligaments in his knee, prescribed medication, and Jrock was running around again like when he was a young stud. Finally, on the most recent occasion a couple weeks ago JRock stopped eating and was very fatigued and seemed out of wits. We feared the worst and brought him in. Dr. Brar was able to give him fluids (he was really dehydrated b/​c he wasn’t eating nor drinking much), antibiotics, groomed him, and ran a number of tests including blood/​xray. During the entire stressful event Dr. Brar continually checked in with me on status and progress of Jrocks recovery. All tests ran were important and revealed certain issues with Jrocks well being. None of the tests were for without purpose, which exemplifies Dr. Brar’s honesty, ethics, and care for his patients). The fluids and antibiotics helped the most. He showed me the test results and was very detailed in explaining what the numbers meant and correlated it with Jrocks overall health.
Ultimately, he brought a sick dog that we all thought we were going to have to put down back to good health and extended his life for that much longer. We know the inevitable is bound to happen at his old age (Note: he also explained this process in a very humane and sympathetic way), but we are just so happy that he was able to give us that much more time with one of our family members. I would recommend him to any of our friends and family in the area.

Dr. Brar and his staff treat your pet like their own and I believe are genuine caring people.
I was convinced when I had a emergency once on a Sunday and Dr. Brar was the only veterinarian in Yorba Linda who came instantly and showed not only me, but my dog, love and care in a time of great sadness.
My dogs were and are treated quickly at each visit. There is never a wait like many other vet offices around where you feel like you have to take a number and wait. He is personal and has natural caring attitude for your pet.
His staff are just as equal in attentiveness and concern.
I highly recommend this office for all you pet concerns and care, you won’t be disappointed.
