Providing a truly innovative approach with ‘out of the box’ services that conform to the needs of the community, Bentley believes true community management is individual and personal, not a ‘one size fits all’ Big Box management style. While associations generally have similar needs (maintenance, financial, etc.), they also have unique needs (compliance, difficult owners, etc.).
We provide the services uniquely and generally for each association to run as efficiently as possible, making the best use of their assessment funds to enhance their community. With a low operating overhead, Bentley services quite frequently result in real, measurable savings. From corporate compliance and financial management only to full service and onsite management, we offer quality property management at a competitive price that covers the spectrum of management needs.
Bentley really is a different kind of management company. Association members, vendors and industry professionals hold our Team in very high professional and ethical regard, and frequently recommend and refer to us for Association assistance and guidance. Other management companies don’t have the ability or resource to offer services the way Bentley does — nor is their focus on doing so. Bentley believes that associations are looking for options and results — Bentley provides both.
History
Established in 2015.
Bentley’s founder, Kelly Bunnell, served as a Board member of her own association and experienced first-hand the frustration that all Board members have with regards to interacting with their own management companies. High priced, impersonal, inflexible, unresponsive, inattentive, uneducated, lack of ethics and integrity, and sometimes arrogant management company personnel seemed to be ‘the norm’.
Combining business and professional management experience with an understanding of what associations are looking for in a management company, she opened the doors to Bentley Community Management — a truly different offering of management company services that are designed to meet the needs of the individual associations. Bentley is fresh & new as a management company, but very well established in the industry.
Associations are ‘living’ entities and flexibility is absolutely necessary for success. Bentley is more than a promise of professional quality service — it is a personal guarantee!

Ms. Bunnell has been involved in the property management industry since 2004. As a Board member of her own Association, she has held the office of President for over 11 years. During that time, she worked to bring her Association from the brink of bankruptcy to a financially stable entity, and accomplished an almost complete renovation of her community that had suffered extreme neglect and theft of Associations funds.
Her work was recognized by the Orange County Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where she received the prestigious «Board Member of the Year» in the Veteran Category, and Newsletter of the Year awards, as well as being nominated for an award in the Green Conservation category.
Ms. Bunnell’s extensive professional career is recognized throughout the industry as one of integrity, ethics, knowledge and professionalism. She holds the designations of CMCA, AMS, and PCAM — the highest professional management designation awarded in the industry.
