I was skeptical at the mixed reviews, but happy to report that I am more than satisfied with this business. Jordan Clarke went above and beyond to explain every step of the way in buying my car. Don’t believe the negative reviews!!! Go and form your own opinion and see for yourself!

Iam 55 and have purchased/​financed many vehicles over my life time. But I can honestly say never been so frustrated and deceived. On sunday I filled out an online application to finance an 09′ ford crown victoria for $ 5950.00 the vin#2FAHP71V9X126927 WITH 94,665 miles. This was on sunday Dec 13. I was contacted by thier salesman Patrick on monday and discussed the car and the paperwork needed to complete the loan for the above vehicle. Tuesday afternoon he called and said I was approved. Because it was late in the day, I told him I would be there the next morning (wednesday) to get the vehicle. He called me back and said that a security company came and purchased several cars. And the one I was approved for the loan was sold. He said it was first come first serve. So, why are there loan apps for specific cars. And I also asked why he didnt at least give me the opportunity to put a deposit on the car. He said they don’t do that. Patrick then said he could have another 09′ crown vic painted and ready by wednesday the Dec 23^rd. So, on monday Dec. 21^st I sent him a text to check on the progress, and to make sure it would be ready for wednesday. Later that day I spoke to Patrick and he said they wouldnt have the car painted because it was too close to Christmas and the paint shop has a skeleton crew. And that the paint shop is a seperate business etc. So, I tried to be patient and asked him when the car would be ready. He said he didnt know. So why didnt he even bother to ask the paint shop when it would be ready? Then he had a very foul attitude and suggested 2 other dealers I could buy from that sell at higher prices than theirs. At that point I hung up. I then spoke to the owner Jason. He was very apologetic and said he’d try to help. My last conversation with Jason was when he said he couldn’t have a car ready til Jan. 15^th. How does a business thats supposed to sell cars stay in business, when they make thier buying process so impossible? And if the car they say was sold, why is that same exact car still on thier tecently updated online inventory? And do they really expect anyone to wait a month until a car is ready to purchase? Worst experience ever!

Jordan Clarke went out of his way in selling me a specialized van that was in demand. Jordan spent a good portion of his time helping the eventual buyer of the van feel comfortable before… durning and after the purchase. I recommend Clarke Motors for his honestly and customer service… Thanks Jordan!

Such an unprofessional and unorganized business. I went there and found a police package charger that i wanted to buy. I was told that the pcm needed to be replaced and would take a few days. So i put a deposit down on it. The guy i was dealing with named patrick said he will call me in a day and let me know the status. He never called. Called him 2 days later and he still didn’t have the car worked on yet. He then told me i can come and get a loaner car on Saturday until the charger is done. Called him Saturday and he didn’t answer or return my calls. Waited till Tuesday and he still didn’t call me. I called him in the afternoon and he told me the cars at the shop and he would call me back in 5 – 10 minutes with the status. Big surprise he didn’t call me back. Called him again after 3 hours and no answer. Called 2 more times and left messages and still no answer. Wednesday around noon called him again and left message but still he didn’t return my calls. At this point its been one week with him playing games and not following up with me, not returning any of my calls. So i figured i would just show up to his office. Got there around 1pm and the office was closed. I found another 800 number on the office and decided to call it. Talked to a guy named Jason and explained to him what was going on. Surprisingly patrick immediately called me after 5 minutes. Told him iam waiting at his office and i want my money back ($ 400). So he shows up about 40 mins later and says the cars fixed but now he has to drive it for 80 miles first before he can smog the car. Told him iam willing to look past all this poor customer service if he can get the car ready asap. Told me he didn’t have time to drive the car and smog it and pretty much gave me the fuck off look i have better things to do. If you wanna waste your time and get poor customer service go to this guy.

I recommend Jordan and Jason. They helped me with a Z06. They are customer and detail oriented. I still talk to them and look forward to working with them in the future.

I highly recommend these guys, I received a great deal on my ZX6r a few weeks ago, I was met by Jordan on the July 4^th holiday to inspect the Bike and the deal was done. Everything was taken care of as promised and I am now the new proud and happy owner. Next I plan on checking out their Caliber1 boats.
