I’ve used them for a a few months. They drop by, drop in some chemicals, and then leave. No brush down of the pool yesterday. I ask for additional supplies, like salt bags, they don’t come. Their invoices for services rendered are opaque. And no reliable communications with them when there are a questions.
The photo below on downtown Yorba Linda is obsolete. They have moved to gangland, Anaheim, and only work out of their trucks.

If I could give zero stars, I would do so. Shawn was supposed to come out on Monday, June 22^nd, or at the latest Tuesday June 23^rd. He did not show or call. My husband and I went out for the evening on Wednesday, June 24^th. We didn’t know anything had gone wrong until our neighbor told us the next day that our precious dog Barney was out in the front yard barking at everybody and pawing on the front door to get inside. Our Dolphin Pool man let our dog out. Thanks be to God our neighbor caught him and he is safe now. We will NEVER use Dolphin Pool again.

In these days of big box stores and impersonal service~ it remains refreshing to have a small town shop that when you walk in– you get the utmost attention! I have been going to Dolphin for many years– and am never disappointed in their selection or service. They also happen to have an awesome weekly pool maintenance service with professional and very knowledgeable staff… when I am in a bind with any of my equipment, they can handle the small stuff to major repairs or just trouble-shooting! I highly recommend this one stop shop for anything a pool owner would desire!
