McDonald’s

If I could I wouldn’t even give this play one star. Ok… Maybe for being a clean place. The cashier barely talks and only stares at you like waiting for you to do his job. I haven’t had such a bad service at McDonald’s locations before! I rather go the extra mile (literally) and go to the one located in Savi Ranch.

Absolutely the worst egg McMuffin and service. B we went through the drive thru and order 2 ice coffees and an egg mcmuffin. The muffin was so hard my daughter couldn’t eat it and ice coffee tasted like pure syrup. We called to complain and Marasole said she was sorry and hung up on us.

Despite other negative reviews I have to say this is my preferred location. Friendly service for the most part and the food is made so much better. The other day my bf went to another location to get a quick snack and wow… it was horrible. Dried and cold. Just not edible. I do appreciate the cleanliness of this location too. They do keep it maintained which is nice.
Back to service. Unfortunately we have to be realistic and accept there’s always going to be a time you will run into someone who is just miserable with their life and just want to pass it on to others. This is not avoidable and really is about luck. But it is management’s responsibility to take action on these people as there are many others who need a job and would be more than happy to have one and do good at it. Catch the negative workers and keep up the good work. Lol

Worst experience I’ve had anywhere. I tend to be very patient and understand mistakes can always be made, we’re all humans but this facility has to have hired the most ignorant «workers» on the face of this earth. The extremely LOW iq of these workers especially Lesley the front cashier OMG WORST SERVICE

I don’t know what’s worse, working at McDonald’s or working there and not being capable of doing a simple task. Please if you get Lesley as your cashier

I got to leave a negative review on this one. I waited at the window for more than 10 minutes, and the guy inside didn’t seem like knows what he is doing. OMG

horrible I order a meal there soda machien is broken and I got half the fries I suppose to

They remodeled this place and looks nice. the service is just bad. I mean really bad!
I ordered the new triple cheeseburger and a side of fries. the cashier didn’t ask me whether I want to eat her or to go. anyways 5 minutes later, I get my food in a paper bag, I said,“i want it for here”, cashier says,” we close at 11″, I said,” I said,“yeah but I ordered before 11″. she makes an angry face and grabs a tray and puts my food. the food was ok but my fries were too salty. would not come here but just use the drive thru instead.

Horrible experience. The cashier, Alyssa must of been having a bad day or something. She was so rude to use. Other customers even heard and were saying things. Well after enough trouble ordering our order:
#2 with soda
#3 with regular ice coffee
Kids meal chicken nuggets with CHOC milk
Quarter ponder with cheese
The receipt only had the kids meal right. So I say no this is all completely wrong. She’s raised her voice and said no you order this. So a lady behind me and fiancé at same time said no she ordered meals not what was listed. She was about to cuss but shut her mouth and got the manager. He comes apologizing and goes to fix it and said he wasn’t gonna charge us or anything extra. Well it was packed so we grabbed and rushed out. We get home and the order is even more wrong then what the girl had messed up on.

I expect the same crapy food and service when I come here. At least be consistently crapy. My order is always wrong or on the rare occasion the food part is right they mess up my ice coffee or if I order the deluxe breakfast, I don’t get syrup or jelly even if I request it. I’m more annoyed at the ice coffee being screwed up.

Decent place, come here for a cheap meal to full me up fast and maybe feed the kids or a group of people for a cheap price.
The coffee is pretty good sometimes, and the shakes are ehhh, sometimes really good, sometimes not so good.
The burgers are good, even the $ 1 ones and the nuggets were pretty good, but air filled. So get a lot. Except for this one time we got ultra burnt nuggets. It was pretty nasty! Too bad I was too far and lazy to drive back and get a refund.
I remember when I was a kid, McDonalds French fries were the best thing ever! Now they dont cook them with lard and that makes me sad :(
Why can’t we just have lard burgers, seriously im fine and healthy, its the fat people who eat too much and have problems they shouldnt be eating McDonalds anyways, they are weak and have a terrible fat problem.
McDonalds is for those who can afford to spare a few health points in favor of more calories and to me, theres nothing wrong with it every once in a while. So stop being a health nut, you’re probably skinny and unhealthy looking anyways, just eat some mcD’s and shut up!
This place is alright. And they even give you as many sauces as you like! Not cheap like other fast food places, «only one sweet and sour». Shut up! McDonalds gives us what we want. Cheap and decent food. Whoooo.

This McDonald’s has been recently remodel and has a new look. They have added more parking and a double drive thru lane.

If I could I would give zero stars. Since remodeling this place is horrible. Been here 3 – 4 times keep thinking I’d let the dust settle. .went this Wednesday about 8:30 pm with my daughter. She ordered quarter pounder meal with no cheese. I got double cheeseburger. Of course her burger had cheese even though the receipt said no cheese. Took it back only to wait while I believe they just used same burger and remove cheese from it. The outside of box was all greasy from someone hands. Fries were old and tasted like double cooked. Place was absolute mess. Dirty tables all of them. Customers washing their own tables. Kitchen mess fries all over floor. The owner should use those surveillance cameras and review footage. We are not coming back to this one even though we can walk there.

I used to think that Unilocal reviews of McDonalds was stupid. I figure, everything is so artificial that I’ve come to expect the exact same thing every time I come. I love to order breakfast sandwiches (which are only available in the morning or after midnight) late at night when I get a midnight craving. I pulled into the drive-​thru at 11:57PM. The lady told me that it’s too early to order breakfast… Fine. I’m a patient guy. I can wait 3 minutes to drive through again to order my breakfast. Well, it takes a good 10 minutes to get out of the drive through after they told me I can’t order breakfast yet. I pull back in (it’s about 12:10 at this point) and I order the same thing again.
«2 sausage, egg, and cheese’s please.»
«Oh, sorry. We’re only accepting cash at this time.»
I was pretty upset. Won’t be coming back to this McDonalds.

This Mc’Donalds is one of the worst I have been to. They just rebuilt it and the 2 times I have been there I have always had a problem. First let me point out that they should have put up another menu board instead of having a person up there trying to take your order before you see the menu. First time the cash register broke and I waved my change, then the ice cream cone came melted due to the wait. Second time another malfunction in the kitchen where an employee complained that everything has been breaking since the rebuild. They need to get the bugs out.

The mcdonalds is now 24hours awesome!
So I went after work at 11:15 to get a quick double cheeseburger and some fries only to receive overly salted fries and worst of all a COLD double cheeseburger. I mean I don’t expect a gourmet burger, but at least learn to reheat your frozen patties correctly. It can’t be that hard to throw it in a microwave for an extra minute.

If I read another review about someone complaining that McDonald’s food is unhealthy, I am going to shoot myself out of my loss of faith in mankind. No shit it’s not healthy. But you don’t have to eat it everyday. That skinny margarita you are drinking while eating your kale salad is not good for you either. Nor is that tan you are sporting. You have a greater chance of getting melanoma than you do of dying from heart disease from eating at McD several times a year. But at least it doesn’t cost me a day’s wages to satisfy my hunger like it does at Veggie Grill.
Back to reviewing McD. This location seems to have remodeled and is pretty clean. Drive through is quick and service is friendly. They have these new digital menus so it is easier to see. Food is McDonald’s standard.
And if you are really short on time, it is always better to wait in line at the drive-​thru than inside. That’s because every fast food place keeps stats on how long a car takes to get through a drive thru and these numbers are reported to corporate. So they always prioritize the drive-​through orders first. When they have 3 or more cars waiting, they hit Defcon 5 and other people are pulled to help with drive-​through orders.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Their food is okay, but my order is always missing something. They even gave me just buns with no burgers once! I am sick and tired of paying for food, then coming home to find that the items are not there or messed up. UTTER INCOMPETENCE.

I visited this location on a Friday night at around 615pm trying to catch dinner before a football game. Big mistake. I walked in since the drive-​thru line was super long and the line inside was no better. I ordered a hamburger and small fries. Nothing complicated right? 25 minutes later I got my food. So much for fast food! They appeared to be fully staffed because I saw a LOT of people working so I don’t know what the problem was but I will not be going back to this location again. Needless to say I was late for the game.

Maybe it is a rough morning for ALL their employees… But it would be nice to come here and not deal with incompetency. I have been here a couple times, and won’t return for awhile as both times my order has been messed up, and the manager shows no remorse! We’ll see how corporate feels!

This McD’s kinda sucks. Multiple times I’ve made a food run here around midnight, and they’ve told me that they were only taking cash. What’s the point of having a 24-​hour drive-​thru if you’re only going to take cash?
One time I waited through the entire line of cars, got to the pay window, only to have the guy tell me once again that they were only accepting cash. Apparently the guy had mumbled something about it when I ordered, but it was so unintelligible that I wasted all that time, just to have to pull out of there empty handed.
Additionally, countless times they’ve messed up my orders there: missing burgers, missing fries, missing nuggets, wrong sauce, cheese on something I asked to be plain, etc. It got to the point that I had to make it a rule to check the entire bag before pulling away. I normally don’t need to do that at other places, but there are no exceptions at this one – check your orders before you drive away!
Lastly, there’s one older guy that works the drive thru window late at night that was always kind of abrasive, maybe even borderline rude. He just didn’t have the kind of personality you really want to be directly interacting with all of your customers, in my opinion.
Anyway, since I’ve been burned so many times at this McDonalds, I’ve stopped going there, even though it’s literally across the street from where I live. Even living right next to it doesn’t make it worth the aggravation.
