Founded Sharp Appraisals in July 2005, and recognized a need in the industry for an appraisal company that performed quality appraisal reports and delivered them with efficient results to the client. Started a real estate career in 2001, and effectively owned and operated a real estate appraisal company in Anaheim. Company is a full-service residential appraisal company with a small team of experienced residential appraisers in Orange County. We provide prompt, professional real estate appraisals for a variety of clients including lenders, attorneys, homeowners, and for any purpose in which a professional real estate appraiser is required. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the successful operation of the entire company by directing and developing the appraisal process and working with client services, sales, marketing, collection, and training staff.

Experience in working in a productive environment, operating company, hiring, and maintaining client support.
Specialized experience in residential appraisals including Complex SFR, 2 – 4 units, Condo and CO-Ops.
Experience utilizing different tools and reporting models to analyze reports and communicate results to all levels within an organization. Exposed to quality assurance/quality control practices and procedures through AMC and lender regulations.
Currently have office space in Anaheim and share office with fellow Certified Appraiser and 3 full time assistant appraisers. Thorough Knowledge of FIRREA and USPAP and Agency Guidelines with proven ability to evaluate risk and offer an assessment.
