Worst customer service! Submitted a request for an in home consultation. Received a call from a male by the name of «Steve». He asked for the city where I was looking to buy interior shutters, I told him I lived in garden grove, he stated, he would be able to schedule an appointment in the late morning, which I told if it was possible we can schedule an afternoon appointment since I work… His response was «I’m sorry I can’t do afternoon appointments, there is too much traffic.» (I thought he probably that I wanted a late evening appointment) so I told him just to clarify… I was getting off work at 2pm and if we can set an appointment at that time, his response «I will definitely not schedule an appointment at that time. there is way too much traffic and I’m trying to beat the traffic» …I didn’t even know how to respond to that !
There is something wrong when a company is not willing to work around the customers schedule. Especially because of traffic?! That was ridiculous.
This is a shady company so glad I did not do business with them. I could just imagine their work quality.
They are willing to lose a customer because of traffic… this should tell u enough of this business!
