Tiffany and Stephanie were nothing short of amazing!!! Whatever request we had, they fulfilled. They not only did they have many houses to show us, but having the two ladies working together made them readily available to us at the drop of a hat. Many times we would see a house pop up that very day and they were always available to take us as soon as we requested. They were able to find us exactly what we were looking for and even negotiated many things into our deal that we hadn’t even though of. We definitely felt that we were taken care of and respected as their clients. They were knowledgeable, kind, yet held their ground and got us the best deal possible! If someone were to ask me to describe the perfect home-​buying experience, it would start with The Abrego Team. From the introductory phone call to close of escrow, Tiffany and Stephanie exceeded our expectations and set the standard for what real estate professionalism should be defined as.
As a first time buyer, my wife and I had very little experience with the entire process. The little experiences with other realtors in the past had left us soured and wanting more. We had no idea the level of knowledge and compassion that could be available to us, until we found The Abrego Team. Every step of the process was concise, thorough and well communicated. The vast majority of documents were provided to us in digital format, meaning we could sign documents from the comfort of our home. This resulted in very quick and painless turn-​a-​round times. Never once were my wife and I pressured or steered to any single property or community. Tiffany and Stephanie were fantastic listeners and never hesitated to leap in the direction we pointed.

My wife and I were looking for a place in Irvine this summer, so we went with Tiffany and Stephanie as our agents. We first met with them over breakfast and they were very nice people. They were honest with what the market was like based on what we were looking for. I gave Tiffany my needs and price range and she put all the information in for me to look at a map of properties in Irvine. Whenever I came up with a list of properties my wife and I wanted to see, Tiffany or Stephanie would get back to me right away. Some of the times we were able to view the properties the next morning from when I requested.
Once we went into escrow, Tiffany and Stephanie took care of all the paperwork and the checklist of items very quickly and smoothly. Most of the paperwork was done electronically which was really convenient because I was working 13 hours a day during two weeks in the middle of escrow.
Overall, Tiffany and Stephanie were very easy to work with, very nice people, and incredibly responsive. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for an agent.

Tiffany and her Mom work as a team. We were buyers and we just moved into our place on 8÷15÷2015. We mostly worked with Tiffany on our deal though. Our buying experience with Tiffany has been the BEST realtor experience and we’ve been buying homes since 1996. She is so professional and prompt, ethical, down-​to-​earth, and a straight shooter. She first and foremost wants and works toward your goals-​not toward earning a commission. Tiffany says what she means and means what she says. Tiffany and Stephanie were professional, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and we were ultimately extremely satisfied with the level of care they put into our sale. They orchestrated a successful open house for 1200 sq. ft. condo in Placentia, which is not easily accessible from the main cross streets and doesn’t get much foot traffic. They greeted and nurtured relationships with several potential buyers and their agents, fielding offers, and walked us through the process of selecting the best offer for us. At the 11^th hour nearing close of escrow, there were some complications with the sale. But our agents were in constant communication with us to keep us appraised of any new developments until the sale was finally approved. We felt they went above and beyond, even helping us find a rental property after our sale, as well as negotiating a rental agreement with our buyer. Tiffany helped me find and buy my condo about two years ago, and I could not have asked for a better Realtor! I was originally referred to Tiffany Abrego-​Mueller through a personal connection of mine. I was, at that time, dealing with extremely dissatisfying representation and I was in desperate need of someone that could get the job done.
