I come here all the time because the service is consistently amazing. The employees are all so personable.

So let me start by saying I like this coffee bean. It’s close to my house. It has ample seating. I love the ice they use in the ice coffee, I love the patio and have been coming here for years. Even with a two star review I won’t stop coming because of convenience. With that being said, PLEASEPLEASE clean your bathrooms! I have spent several afternoons here in the last week studying for finals and the bathroom is really disgusting. I totally understand that you have random people coming in and out all day but you need to have a better system for cleaning. It is one of the worst bathrooms at a coffee shop I have seen. Like I said, I get it. It’s hard to keep a bathroom clean. Sometimes my own personal bathroom is kind of nasty haha. BUT, your faithful and loyal customer would appreciate a slightly cleaner bathroom. Thanks so much.

I prefer CBTL over Starbucks, just stopped by to grab a coffee, walked in, two patrons sitting, enjoying their drinks while working on their laptops. Two employees talking, cleaning up leisurely by the creamer/napkin/straw bar. Neither one of them acknowledged us walking in(we weren’t stealth about it), we stood at the register for a few minutes, kept looking over to see when they’d stop talking and moving sloth like, they didn’t, so we drove down the street to Starbucks. Not impressed.

I hadn’t been in one of these in a while but needed some hot java on a rainy day. Normally I’m a Peet’s guy but the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf beans I picked up a few months back were good so I thought I would«sniff in». The coffee quality is good and I think I got the Viennese(dark brew). For hot coffee I would sniff here over Starpuke’s for sure. And I’d like to try a cold brew here which I used to get all the time back in my old hood.

I’ve always been a fan of coffee bean so I just had to visit this Yorba Linda location where my sister lives. On Saturday afternoon, we just walked there. Never disappointed, friendly staff, really big coffee bar… I think the biggest I’ve been. .plus patio seats and great location, location, location ! It makes a whole lot of difference! I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.

I just visited this coffee bean and my experience was awful. First i walked in and the person at the register was talking with some of her friends. When she did helped me, she was very quick with my questions and i can only assume that she just wanted to return to her friends. Afterwards, I grabbed a seat by the window. For the 2 hours I was there nobody bothered to clean up the puddle of coffee that was on the floor and had been tracked in front of the door. From the trail, i assume the person who emptied the trash spilled it and didn’t bother to clean it up. This is probably explained by the fact that one of the employees was distracted by having a very loud conversation with two of her friends. Bottomline: not coming back here

I visit this location fairly often, since it’s right by my office. Came on my lunch break for a quick tea latte, and locked my keys in my car($ 45 dollars to get them out, WOMPWOMP). The man who made my tea, made it on the house. SO sweet, SO appreciated. Thank you!

I love to study at this CBTL! They have free wifi, plenty of tables, and the staff is friendly. The baristas at this location are on the faster side — I ordered drinks for 4 people here recently and all 4 were finished in about 2 – 3 minutes. I also love how they have so many no sugar added options. My favorite is the classic vanilla latte(no sugar added). The parking lot is quite small though, so it may be difficult to find a spot during peak hours.

This rating is mostly based on the horrible chai tea I recently ordered. I don’t usually go to this franchise for my coffee needs, but I don’t drink Starbucks and Grow Coffee and Tea is closed on Sunday’s. I’ve gotten a white tea here once before, was not bad. Today I ordered a chai tea latte, which honestly tasted like sugar and water. I like to consider myself a chai connoisseur, this wasn’t chai. Also, not the best café to get any reading done or be productive, loudest shop ever.

Took my 3 year old on a date here & we both had a great time. I loved the non-coffee choices for her & my americano was delicious. She’s been asking when we can go back again… it won’t be long :)

I love this coffee bean. It’s super close to my house and I’m more of a coffee bean type of guy rather than Starbucks but they repainted it recently and you can’t tell what it says! The color of the words saying coffee bean is the same color as the building base color. I dont know why they changed it this way or what they saw when they stepped back to see their work lol. Fix the color!

I got the blueberry scone and the cashier asked if I wanted it toasted. Sure, I wanted it toasted. Instead, I got it microwaved? My scone that should be crumbly, instead came out soft :(ruined! Major bummer. Plus the portion is pretty small for the price and quality. I could see they had good rapport with customers, but I personally didn’t have a good experience when I was there. After he microwaved my scone, he forgot to call my name. I had to go up and ask for it.

My favorite chain to grab coffee! I am obsessed with their extreme mocha, the ground espresso beans are everything! They made me a really great one here, super fast, really hit the spot. Great location, plenty of easy parking, doesn’t get too full here either. Tons of seating, all around great location and close to home, I’ll be back many times!

I love that the coffee bean has almond milk for your coffee but if I want a fully customized, low calorie coffee, I unfortunately already know that I won’t find it at the coffee bean. They don’t have any sugar free flavored syrups. They have a no sugar added vanilla and chocolate powder — had the vanilla, complemented the coffee well — but even those are pretty loaded with sugar and other things I try to avoid. My friend ordered the blended mocha during our last trip to the Coffee Bean(yesterday) and we both agreed that it was pretty bland. I couldn’t taste any coffee in it and the mocha flavor was lacking as well. It tasted a bit like blended sugary milk. They have butter pecan and pumpkin spice lattes and frapps that I might consider trying but for now I’ll be sticking to other cafes for my coffee fix.

The flavored iced teas are my favorite items to get because they taste delicious without any added sweeteners! My favorite flavors of ice tea include the decaf tropical passion ice tea, the iced green tea, the orchard peach iced tea, the cherry blossom iced tea, and one summer they even had pineapple ice tea! I come all the time because this location is very close to where I work. It is extremely convenient except for the tiny parking lot which is difficult to get in and out of although there is an adjoining parking lot next to the grocery store that is just a short walk to this location. Coffee bean has free wifi — you enter the code at the bottom of the TV screen located across from the drink pick up counter. The employees at this coffee bean are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Keep up the good work!

This is where I go to study and just get out of the house. The parking lot is pretty tiny and getting out can be a little tricky. My go-to drink is definitely the iced chai latte and if it’s a cold day, which it rarely is in SoCal, I’ll get it hot. I like Coffee Bean’s chai over Starbucks because Starbucks’ is too spicy for me. Some like it spicy, but not me. CB’s is smoother and sweeter which is perfect for me. And if I feel like a zombie, I add a shot! My next go-to drink is the iced tea lemonade. I’d say it’s on par with Starbucks; I like both for different reasons though. I usually get mine half sweet. Also, if you’re feeling adventurous you can ask for tropical passion or peach tea instead of the black tea. There’s usually plenty of seating and all the tables near the windows facing the cash register have outlets.

Small location of CB&TL with limited parking and just a few tiny tables. Very convenient though, as it’s situated on an ideal corner, near some fairly big streets(Imperial Hwy). The service is consistently friendly here! Every time I come here, they have been MORE than accommodating towards any of my über picky requests! The drinks are also made especially well, minus one time when I ordered an English breakfast latte(my signature drink!!) and it tasted chocolate-y. I like to think that it was an isolated incident because it hasn’t happened since, so overall, one of the best CB&TL’s in the North OC, which is saying a lot considering there’s 2 more locations just a few miles away!
