Established in 2002.

The I.T. Department was founded by Bill Greganti in 2002 after spending several years as an engineer with an I.T. consulting firm.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I’m an original geek, with computer experience dating back to the mid-​1980s. I spent many of my teenage years and early twenties taking computer classes, writing computer programs in BASIC, Pascal, and C/​C++, and repairing and upgrading computers for friends and family. I went on to secure a position with a small I.T. consulting firm where I learned to quickly adapt to various technology environments as I moved between several clients a week.

I have over 20 years of professional consulting experience in solving I.T. challenges of all types. I am knowledgeable in hardware and software, networking, security, infrastructure and design, and consider virus removal and protection to be one of my specialties.
