My wife and I have used Bill for our heat and air since 2006, even before he became an Aire Serve franchise owner. In that time he has consistently provided great service. He is friendly, fair and takes great care of our system. We would recommend Bill and Aire Serve to anyone.

Back in August our a.c. failed. And it always seems to happen on a really hot Sunday. In just a couple of hours, Bill from Aire Serve-​Clover arrived and began. Donning dust covers on his work boots, he made the diagnosis in just a few minutes. Bill got the needed part from Lenox, and installed it the next day. Case closed? Not quite. When we had our first really cold night I turned on the heat for the first time since late April. After running it for a couple of hours I noticed that cool air was coming out instead of heat. To make the long story short, we couldn’t get heat. Bill came back immediately, and discovered that Lenox had sold him the wrong part. The next day, Bill returned with the needed part, and was puzzled by the instructions that came with it. Turns out there was a mistake on the schematic chart, which had to be solved via phone, which held him up for over an hour due to the Lenox help line being so slow. The part was installed, and despite his being inconvenienced and financially hurt by the Lenox Corp., Bill managed to keep his professional, optimistic demeanor. We will always call Bill at Aire Serve-​Clover for our heating and a.c. issues.
