BUYER BEWARE!!!
Today I had my car serviced there for an AC checkup. I received a call stating that there was a problem (small leak) and needed a charge which would cost approximately $ 79. He then stated that the hose should be replaced and «I was looking at about $ 250». I thought $ 250 was fair and reasonable given the labor and parts cost. When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that the bill would be $ 400. I told him, no you said $ 250. He proceeded to tell me that I misunderstood him and then showed me something scribbled on a piece of paper that he pulled out of the garbage. I’ve never been to a garage, ever, where the price quoted to me was an isolated cost and didn’t include this or that or that I misunderstood the quote. Sensing my displeasure, Wayne offered to reduce the bill by knocking off a pound of freon. He said «since that’s all it needed anyway». Then I have to wonder, why would you be charging me for more in the first place if that’s all you used. You should look elsewhere if you’re thinking about taking your car there.
