Always a fan of Chili’s! Who can’t resist their southwest egg rolls. Service was great so that’s a WIN in my book.

My first visit here several years ago kept me from coming back until recently. Their burger meat appears to be of better quality now but not what should be in a national restaurant. I also learned a valuable lesson: garlic soaked pickles destroy the taste of a burger! For me anyway! My guest ordered what I think was chicken fajitas. When she was done shoveling the filling onto her tortillas and eating them one by one she had enough filling left over for two more. I guess they want you to take some of your own tortillas along from home.

Great food, great service! Their new menu is awesome. So many new items to try. I got the 2 for $ 20 with my wife. She got the burger and fries and I got chicken fajitas this visit. Everything is always good. Starting off with chips, salsa and guacamole is always a treat. They still have a lot of their older items on the menu but give some of the new items a try. They are great! Thanks for reading my review. This review is based off of my personal experience and opinion.

I get food poisoning literally every time I go to this location. My fiancé loves the food and convinces me to go back, but somehow it always makes me sick. 3 times I’ve gone here and come home sick to my stomach and spent the night vomiting. Don’t get me wrong I will still stop in for chips and salsa and margaritas, but I’ll never order food at this location again.

Every time I order the Cajun shrimp pasta to go they give me chicken. This has happened 5 times. Like how hard is it to do shrimp? They always have slow service as well and always forget something when we eat there.

I am a little biased but whenever a restaurant displays a red chili and names themselves«Chile’s» one would expect a little spice in the offerings. But I ordered the, White Spinach Queso, I am from El Paso, TX and spent half my youth in Juarez and life spicy, chili flavored cheese with some tortillas to wrap it. What I got was a small hot skillet full of white cheese; traces of spinach with a tablespoon of mashed avocado, and a tablespoon of(Yankee, no flavor) pico de gallo, Bottom line sucks, no flavor, served with the wrong type of chip,(tortilla) a small soft flour tortilla would avoid the problem of every one of Chili’s extremely thin fried chips breaking as one tries to use them to eat the above mentioned«White Spinach Queso». Also I ended up dumping the«White Spinach Queso» on to the«Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas» which were also lacking in any actual Mexican flavor, the green sauce was sour with no chili«Chili» flavor really disgusting. Black beans and rice served with the chicken encheladas were very good. I sat at the bar and saw some really good looking drinks and I saw some good looking ribs but if you are going to Chili’s for a taste of Chili save your money, Taco Bell is head and shoulders above. The service was above average and appreciated but the food is below any standard. No flavor, poorly presented and a bean burrito from Taco Bell beats everything I tasted.

I like it. It’s close to home, it’s a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is normally friendly foods great. The bar area is a nice size, me and my wife go here almost every Thursday. The margaritas are good. The chicken tortilla soup is so good. I could sit and impulse eat it. It’s a nice place to go and have a few drinks and socialize too.

On our way to a movie with some time to kill. Ordered… California Grilled Chicken Flatbread… very good and perfect fresh from the kitchen I could see the potential for the bread to get mushy if it sat around. No chance. HA! Guac and Chips… huge portion and tasty. Mug of Yuengling. Margarita sampler(set of 3). No complaints… good service yummy food and we made the movie with a little time to spare.

Food was on par with all Chilles, but service here is slow even on light days. Don’t eat here if you’re in a hurry.

We stopped by for lunch on our way out of town. Service was great and you could tell from the management staff overseeing the waitstaff that they cared about it. We had the 2 for $ 20 which is one of the best deals around. One chicken fajita and one chipotle crispers plus a very good chipotle flatbread appetizer to share. The flatbread was wonderful and perfectly cooked. The teenager said it was the best flatbread she ever had! This place was just as good as our usual Chili’s in the Dulles Town Center area and it gets 4 stars, which makes it a great place to eat in York!

several years ago when this restaurant opened it was one of my top favorites. The last three times i have eaten there i have become extremely ill with diarrhea. A year or so had gone by so we decided to give it a try again. MYBAD!!! My wife and I both were sick from eating there again. The total experience from the moment we walked in to be greeted until the moment we left was very unpleasant. service was mediocre, food was not brought out hot from kitchen, it seemed it had been waiting in the kitchen for a while before brought out to us. Prices are as high as it costs to eat at Olive Garden. CHILI’S…wake up, poor excuse for a restaurant!!!

We seldom ever go there but I have learned my lesson and will NEVER order anything there containing ground beef. I made the mistake of ordering a burger there once and it was made with some of the cheapest ground beef I have ever eaten! It was sickening. Stay away from it!

My sister and I went to this location last night and while the service was very good, the food was terrible! She got the honey chipotle chicken crispers which had very little honey chipotle sauce on. I got the 6 oz steak which I had ordered medium. It ended up well done and like shoe leather. The chips and salsa were great and the server was constantly checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ve been to this location before and the food has always been good so I’m just chalking up the crappy food to it being a busy Saturday night.

This place gets 3 stars and is lucky it wasn’t 2 stars. If not for previous experiences, it would have definitely been 2 stars. To me, Chili’s food is pretty standard and I typically like it no matter which location I’m at. This visit was no different, as I got a jalapeño smokehouse bacon burger. It was good, but I did request it to be done medium rare and it came out well done. I might or might not have said something, but it was a moot point, as I probably only saw the waitress twice throughout the entire lunch. I am a very laid back person that rarely complains about service, but whoever this was is lucky they are employed. I can’t even make up excuses for you. Yes it was lunch, but well after 1PM and not busy at all. I witnessed the few other tables in the section also having similar situations as they looked around trying to locate anyone, let alone the actual waitress to wait on them. It actually took at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged once we were seated. Overall a great place to eat if you like Chili’s, I’m just chalking this visit up to a terrible waitress that will most likely not even be employed there by the next time I stop in. I’m back again to give this place the rating it deserves. The customer service here is atrocious. I order the ribs and shrimp and get ribs and salmon. I don’t touch my plate and put it to the side of the table and the waiter doesn’t come back or notice for nearly 10 minutes. He goes to fix it and about 5 minutes later returns with the same ribs that were cold and tasted like fish. I was famished so I said nothing more and dealt with the ribs as I waited another 10+ minutes to get my shrimp. After the meal was said and done, I had to wait at least another 20 minutes to even be asked if I would like anything for dessert or the check. Obviously the check at this point. Mind you, this was not a busy night at all. Sorry for the horrible tip buddy, but you are lucky you even received one. The least you could have done was comp a drink or something in return for the terrible service. I love Chili’s but this is some of the worst service I have run into in any restaurant. The management of this location has lots to learn about running a restaurant. I’m not in the restaurant business but I do know you need to keep the customers happy. I will still go to the Chili’s in East York, but this location has lost a customer for life.

I will start off by saying I am basing this review on the last two experiences at this Chili’s. I came once on a Sunday after church and it was relaxed and the service was pretty good. The last visit was last night when my Wife, Mom, Brother and Mom’s friend went since I wanted a free meal for veteran’s day. The wait was around 30 – 35 minutes which is long considering we don’t normally go to chains and there are so many options-why wait? When we were seated the booth was not large enough for 5 of us and a baby in a car seat so we moved to a table by the windows. The rest is what lowered the score overall, not necessarily Chili’s fault, but detracts from the dining experience. There was a table next to us with at least 4 kids and a couple adults for a children’s birthday. The noise in the restaurant, which was packed was over the top-the kids squeeling to be heard over the pumping bass in the stereo which seemed higher than necessary. Our server did a pretty good job in general, but some of the food did not come out as hot as other orders for our table. I enjoyed my chicken club tacos and the appetizers were all tasty and came out together heated well. I think I would consider coming to this Chili’s again because the portions are large and the prices are good, but I would avoid coming near the end of the week and would probably eat earlier in the evening(before 6pm).

We like Chili’s quite a bit and go there often. A nice variety of food and delicious Molten Chocolate Lava cake. I love the corn on the cob, but it is almost always overspiced, wayyyyyyyy too much pepper guys! Overall, a very good restaurant!
