I’m in the early stages of utilizing their services, thus the reason for the 3 stars.
So far the service of scheduling my appointment was a great experience. I was able to easily select the day and time that works best for my schedule.
To be honest, if there is one area of this process that is concerning to me at this point that I must share would be not having an estimate in advance of the actual appointment. Not just because I’m in need to have the work done on this specific date but the impact to them if the cost is too high and I don’t accept their service. To me that is waste for them too. :)
But it’s obvious they are successful for a reason, so I am hopeful the tree waste removal will be a success thus moving my review to 5 stars. :)

I just had College Hunks remove old furniture, books and clothing. From the scheduling process to the appointment, everything was seamless and the customer service was excellent. Kyle, one of the managers, did a great job keeping me informed the day of the removal, and his team was done in 30 minutes flat. It also gives me a great piece of mind knowing that my items will be donated and recycled, all without my needing to make multiple trips to the Goodwill or a local church. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is about to move and needs to dispose of unwanted items expeditiously and with a smile.
