History

Established in 2013.

Hobbs & Hunter, LLC. was founded in September 2013. Attorney Hobbs had been working with Attorney Hunter, collaborating on cases for several years at their respective law firms. They decided to open their own law practice and implement many of their law office management and client care ideas to create Hobbs & Hunter, LLC. The Law Offices of Hobbs & Hunter, LLC, focuses on client care and the creation of a team atmosphere amongst our staff and clients.

We believe that legal representation is a personal experience and a client should feel completely comfortable and confident in their choice of firms.

Business Owner

Charles’ strategy of representation is based on a commitment to engaging clients and insisting they participate in their legal cases. Attorney Hobbs believes and practices an ideology that an attorney’s role is to educate the client on the law and procedure, assist in weighing the options, and to encourage clients to make their own decisions. The Law Offices and Attorney Hobbs believe the key to successful representation is to promote communication between attorney and client, act ethically, morally, and to pursue our client’s interests with zealous advocacy.

Charles is a general practitioner specializing in Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Bankruptcy.

Attorney Hobbs attributes much of his success as a trial litigator to his ability to relate to Jurors. Charles believes that his experiences in the construction industry and his large family have made him the well rounded, relatable litigator he is.

Charles was born and raised in Southern York County.
