Par Exsalonce Salon & Day Spa

This is my go to salon for all of my needs. I get my facials, massages and my hair done here. The messages are fantastic, the facials are very relaxing and I have loved my hair every time I’ve gone. For my hair, I love how they do not rush with the cut and they really take their time to make sure they are doing it right.
My tips: Make sure you leave plenty of time for your appointments, because they do not like to rush you through them, which I love! Be ready to be pampered! Also, like another reviewer mentioned, bring cash for the tip. I was not prepared for this on my first visit!

My mother and I went here for her birthday to get facials. We were treated by Linda and both had a great experience. She was very nice, talkative, and listened to what we had to say. I’m not sure about the other sections of the salon and day spa.

So today I am going to leave work ON TIME because I will be heading to my facial appointment with Kathy at Par Exsalonce. Let me say just one thing: Kathy is amazing. I have been going to her for over a year now for regular appointments, and I could not be happier. Her touch is like being brushed with rose petals. That is, unless she’s giving the hand, arm, neck, and shoulder massage, which alone is worth the price of admission. She cleanses, steams, masques, and moisturizes — and treats you like a queen in the process. I am 55 years old and I don’t think my skin has ever looked this good. (Another plus of having a regular facial is that it makes me more religious about my face care routine at home because I don’t want to mess up her good work!)
Please note that this review is for Kathy only — not the salon in general. I went there once to have my hair colored and was not pleased; I had to go for a second coloring because the stylist did not cover my roots on the first visit. I was not happy about that. I have never gone back for my hair, but there are plenty of other sylists there and the salon is always busy so maybe I just lost out on the luck of the draw.
One more tip: as with most salons, you cannot add the tip in with the credit card payment, so have cash on hand.
