Puppy Tails

This place pretty much rocks. Was stopping by Custom Blends with my two dogs in the car (we had just gotten back from the John Rudy dog park) when I saw this place, and thought huh, maybe I can take them in with me.
Answer was yes! And they loved it. The shop owner was extremely friendly, as was the groomer who came out (: They seem like extremely dog-​intelligent and loving people.
All-​american products as well, which is very very cool. Holistic food, and very neat items/​toys are here. This store is very nice and we definitely will be returning.
Shopping here is a great way to support our local businesses!

My boyfriend just got home from a visit to his parents. He took our rambunctious and precocious doggie with because she and his mother absolutely adore each other. Puppy Tails is located near his mother’s business and she decided to make a «spa day“appointment for Micana.
As told to me by the BF:
The lady who owns the store is super nice and knowledgeable without being overbearing. She offers all American-​made, excellent quality, several homemade products. She has various types of food available, particularly for us– grain-​free foods. She spent time discussing our dog’s diet and made some recommendations if we decide to change our current plan.
The «doggie spa day» was amazing though. Hair cut, nails, hot oil treatment and a doggie massage (about 2 hours total) and a treat! The groomer is not the owner, but is also very super nice. Micana looks outstanding and her coat is so healthy. Apparently she was smiling when she left the grooming area:) The best part — it was only 35 dollars for the whole package!
We will definitly be frequenting this store whenever we return to York.
