Wow what a great online purchasing experience. Great communication from them via email and super quick shipping. Prices are great and shipping is reasonable. I choose the USPS 2 day priority mail option for my purchases. I haven’t had to call or email them for info because they are so quick with updates. Very pleased. Another company we did business with took too long to ship and was horrible with communication. I have total faith in Smoker’s Outlet. Thank you for your customer service and the candy we got with our order n:)

I have not had any issues with this company,. therefore I cannot rate their customer service. But I have been a customer for a few months and just placed my 4th order with them. The prices are great. And even having to pay for shipping, which due to shipping prices are a bit steep, I still save money. I utilize the savings by ordering with another smoker and splitting the shipping cost. And recommend others do the same. I have always got exactly what I ordered and it has been shipped super fast. Real glad that I found the place and dared to place a online order for such a thing. I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service. Definitely would not recommend. Rude, condescending and aggressive. Will not work with you to address an issue. Don’t care about long time customers at all. There are cheaper and better places to get tobacco. Company needs to send their workers to customer service classes. Don’t waste your time or money!
