Business Owner

Dr. Weaver received his optometry degree with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After completing his externship in primary care optometry at the Optometric Center of Maryland, Dr. Weaver served a second rotation in contact lenses at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia.

Dr. Weaver has owned and managed Weaver Eye Associates since 1977. Beginning in 2009 Dr. Weaver has concentrated his efforts solely on the management and direction of the practice to ensure that Weaver Eye Associates remains in the forefront of eye care in York County.

Dr. Weaver has served as a board member on the York County Association for Retarded Citizens and as President of York Toastmasters. Dr. Weaver also serves on the Board of Trustees of Waynesburg University and serves on the Board of Directors of the York Fair.

Dr. Weaver is a York native. He attended Windsor Boro School and graduated from York Suburban High School. He completed his undergraduate degree at Waynesburg University.
