Yorktown Pools and spas

I hired Yorktown pools, to locate and repair the line, that was letting air into my pool, causing inefficient pumping.
Upon leaving, the lines were not fixed. It was insinuated that most people have air in their lines and just live with it. I found this hard to believe as the leak was causing pressure so low I was unable to run my pools pump and waterfall at the same time rendering the waterfall useless.
I was very unhappy when I asked the fee and was told I would be billed. I had no clue as to how much I would be charged for Yorktown pools NOT fixing my pool.
When I received the bill I thought there must be a mistake. I assumed I had been mistakenly overcharged for my still unfixed pool. Throughout numerous phone calls to attempt to straighten it out I asked for the owner … Whom was also the person that worked on my pool. To speak with me. To this day I have never received a return call. Eventually, the billing problem was resolved after much frustration.
My very unsatisfactory experience with this company prevents my recommending them to friends or family. I would not use this pool company for repairs in the future.
