I’ve had a couple of BMW’s repaired there and they always came out looking like new. Staff is very helpful and make what can be a traumatic experience easy.

Used this location for a CARCO insurance inspection. No appointment necessary, and they were fast, polite and efficient — in and out in 15 minutes.

Horrible experience. I hit a deer and it took a month to repair which wouldn’t be bad if the manager didn’t change the date my car was going to be done about 10 times. Then when I complained how much an inconvenience it was that it took that long, not only did he not apologize, he only took $ 100 off when my rental car for the last week alone was $ 169. I should have got it towed somewhere else. And I found scratches on the back of the car that definitely weren’t there before I hit the deer.

From beginning to end, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Felipe is a professional! What they told me would be an hour wait was all completed in 5 mins. I’d definitely come back.

Had the worst luck of getting my beautiful Subaru impreza hit by 2 different people in less than a month. Thankfully one of their insurance companies was Geico, which led me here.
If you know me you know that my car is my child and having her get hit twice was just as bad as not being able to drive her for weeks at a time.
While I was upset it took two weeks to repair a door and back bumper, the results made it all worth the wait. I literally just picked her up from the shop and she looks brand new, inside and out.
The customer service was amazing, workers were extremely friendly and professional on all ends — the shop, geico, and enterprise.
I’ve never quite had such a great car experience, even at my Subaru dealer.
To top it off the sent me home with a cute little bottle of touch up paint.
Couldn’t be happier.

Yorktown Auto Body is the best repair shop I’ve ever used in my 50 years of driving with numerous needs for auto body work. In May 2013 my car was severely hit from behind while I was stopped at a traffic light. Yorktown Auto Body fixed my year-​old car like brand new, and even sent me email updates and photos showing the work in progress. Everything was handled professionally, pleasantly, seamlessly and very fairly. So today when I backed up into a large tree stump, I went back there for an estimate thinking it was going to be a very costly repair. Again, everyone from Stacey, the receptionist, to Steve, who oversaw the estimate, to Felipe, the repair specialist, was as pleasant and efficient as I could hope for. The most amazing fact, however, is that they were able to do the work while I waited, and they did not charge me anything for the repair. They were so honest about what the damage was and how quickly they could fix it that I was astounded. They could easily have kept my car and said anything and billed me hundreds of dollars which I would have paid, not realizing the repair was actually easy. So, should you need body/​collision work on your car, fear not. Just go to Yorktown Auto Body. Perry, the owner, is on site and runs a great business, a rarity in today’s times.

The shop is under new management for the last 3 years. The new crew is amazing, I specifically dealt with Trey a autobody guy that works that bent over backwards today and helped me with scratches on my car. I’m a new yorker who sometimes feels that the world is full of bad people. But let me tell you Trey is amazing and is truly a nice person. He works hard and focuses on customer service something that alot of people don’t have anymore. The owner came out and shook my hand and he seems like a nice guy and even the guys that come out and do estimates are super nice. I was surprised how they had a old school niceness thing going, it was nice.

I had a «deer» accident and went thru my GEICO insurance for work on the car. They recommended YAB. It was good because they are right around the corner from my job. I brought the car in on a Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon the car was ready. They did a fantastic job and the car looks GREAT! The GEICO rep Tom was great and Steve and the rest of the staff at YAB was friendly, courteous and great to work with. The Enterprise rep on site was nice too and very helpful to get me all set with a rental car. I would definitely use them again!

Called this company «cold» today when I discovered that a tire on my car had gone flat. Though I was not a customer of theirs, I was treated courteously and respectfully. The mechanic who arrived to change the tire (I waited no more than 15 minutes) was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Discovering a flat tire is never fun. But there was a benefit in all this for me: I now know the company I will give my business to if and when I need autobody work.
